Welcome to this affirmations for deep surrender meditation.
This affirmations have been created to bring you to a deeper level of being able to let go,
Surrender and heal in your life.
You may wish to say them quietly to yourself.
Or out loud.
And at the end if you wish to write any of them down that resonates on a piece of paper,
Do so and look at them every day.
Take a moment to make yourself comfortable.
Taking a couple of deep breaths in to bring you into the present moment.
Allow your breath to take on its own natural rhythm.
And scanning your body to release any tension that may be there.
When you're ready open your heart and allow yourself to receive and be imbued by the following affirmations.
I accept everything in my life as it is right now.
I am free to be me in this moment.
Allow my body,
Mind and soul to relax.
I accept and welcome in moments of joy woven throughout my life.
I take full responsibility for my words and actions.
I accept what I cannot change and willingly take on what I can.
I love who I am without judgment and with acceptance.
I use my gifts daily to infuse the world with love and light.
I surrender into joy and bliss.
I'm grateful for everything in my life.
I embrace the power that I have right now.
I accept the power of the universe.
I know I am divine.
I have wonderful things happening in my life.
I allow my life force to flow within me and around me.
I find the learning opportunity in every situation.
I let go and surrender to what is right now.
I accept and embrace the past and what it has taught me.
It is now time to let go of my past and step into the present and be fully me.
I love and accept myself.
I'm at peace with myself.
For the next few moments be fully present with surrendering to what is.
