Welcome to this guided meditation.

I'm Chantal and I'm delighted that you've decided to meditate and start your day with positive intention.

As you say these affirmations to yourself,

Imagine positive energy entering your body from above your head and visualizing it as it flows all the way through your body.

Allowing it to remove all stuck energy.

Seeing it being released through your toes as you exhale.

Then as you inhale,

Feel loving,

Kind and positive energy entering your body,

Filling you up as it washes away any negative thoughts that won't serve you for your day.

Let's get started.

I feel good about who I am today.

I am confident in who I am and all that I do.

I'm prepared to take on whatever comes my way.

I'm capable.

I believe in myself and all that I do.

I approach challenges with strength.

And forgive myself for any mistakes I make.

I handle difficulties with grace.

I don't have to perform at the same level all the time.

I give myself permission to say no to others.

I give myself permission to say yes to myself.

Because I enjoy nourishing and taking care of myself.

I'm enough just as I am.

I love and accept who I am.

I look forward to my day ahead and all that it brings me.

I'm ready to get started.

Just take a few more breaths in.

Appreciating the space you've created before you start your day.

Remembering to come back to these affirmations any time you need to support you through your day.
