Hello beautiful souls,
Welcome to our guided meditation and so take this time to find your most perfect position.
You can sit or lie down,
Whatever feels best to you.
Grabbing everything you need,
Making all the little small fidgets and adjustments to be totally comfortable.
Starting to settle in and become still.
Starting to softly close down the eyes.
They don't have to be all the way closed,
Maybe just a relaxed gaze.
Releasing any scrunching here,
Allowing it to soften.
Releasing the entire face,
Unhinging the jaw.
Sitting up tall but relaxed.
Start to notice the rise and fall of your breath.
Letting your body relax.
Sit bones rooting down into the earth.
Just breathing in and out.
Starting to send your tension down into the belly.
Feeling it rise and fall.
No need to control the breath,
Just letting it be.
Noticing with each exhale,
If you can let your physical body release and relax.
Maybe you wiggle out the fingers or the toes,
Letting go of any gripping.
Letting the shoulders relax.
Back of your neck nice and long.
Becoming aware of the whole presence of the physical body.
Whole body rooted here and now.
Fully relaxed.
Then noticing your breath again.
Noticing the breath moving through the body.
Allowing your attention to be fully present in your body here and now.
Again,
Allowing the mind just to settle in on belly,
Rising and falling.
Keeping that attention relaxed on the breath.
If there's any sounds or thoughts,
Anything else in your awareness,
Just letting it go.
Letting it be.
Just simply being with your breath.
Relaxing your body.
Again,
No need to control the breath.
Witnessing each and every rise and fall with ease.
When you're ready,
Just coming back to noticing the presence of your physical body.
Feeling the ground supporting you.
Any other feelings of present touch.
Just noticing.
Maybe starting to deepen the breath a little bit.
Bringing some wakefulness and awareness back.
Simultaneously staying centered and relaxed.
You can open your eyes if you'd like or stay here as long as you need.
May you all go in peace and namaste.
