Hello beautiful soul and welcome to this guided yoga nidra meditation.
And so just take a few moments to just get nice and comfortable.
Taking whatever position lying down feels good for you.
Maybe some pillows or bolsters underneath your knees.
Maybe a blanket.
Can even lay on your side or on your belly just making sure you feel good.
No rush here.
And once you arrive just let your body completely relax.
Letting your face loosen and soften.
Maybe even opening up the mouth and stretching the mouth and the jaw.
Just releasing any tension here.
Letting it come back and relax.
Noticing the whole body letting the muscles and bones just melt and become heavy.
Let's take a nice gentle breath in through our nose.
Cleansing breath out release the whole body.
Again breath in gently.
Let the whole body relax.
Do about two more of those cleansing relaxing breaths on your own.
And just gently let the natural breath flow all on its own.
Knowing during this meditation there's no need anymore to control the breath.
There's no need to do anything.
This is for you to simply rest to let go to know without your control mind plans thoughts that all is working out beyond what you could even imagine.
So just let go for these next few moments.
Bringing your awareness to the present moment the body.
So you notice both feet together.
Your shins and calves.
Your knees.
Your thighs.
Your pelvis.
Your hips.
Your glutes.
Your low back.
Your belly.
Using the whole lower half of your body.
Letting go.
Noticing your waist.
Middle back.
Chest.
Upper back.
Shoulders.
Down both arms.
Your hands.
Your fingers.
Your knees.
Seeing the whole middle part of your body.
Back of your neck.
Your throat.
Collarbone.
The entire face.
So it completely releases.
The back of your head.
The top of your head.
Head and face.
The whole body.
Your shoulders.
Just being here.
Feeling the deep peace when you let go of absolutely everything.
Knowing there's nothing to figure out.
You can rest in this deep state of calmness and beingness.
This is your true nature.
Just be.
No need to look for any answers.
Just be.
No need to even dream.
Just be.
And slowly,
When you feel ready,
Noticing that breath once again.
Noticing how good it feels to even just let go of control of the breath.
Watching and observing that it knows how to move,
Flow,
And breathe all on its own.
Noticing the body making connection with the surface beneath you.
Noticing yourself here in this space.
Resensing the room around you.
And slowly,
Very slowly,
Wiggling your fingers and toes.
Feeling the body.
Rolling your wrists and ankles.
Moving the head gently,
Slowly,
Side to side.
Moving the arms.
Whenever you feel ready,
Bring those arms overhead,
Taking a full body stretch,
Arms and legs.
Breathing in.
Exhale,
Relax,
And place both hands onto your heart.
And seeing and recognizing and feeling the deep divine peace within each and every one of you.
Bringing your hands to prayer and floating those thumbs to the space between your eyebrows.
Acknowledging and honoring that we are all one together.
Lights of the world.
Go in peace,
The peace that you are.
Thank you.
Namaste.
