Hello my beautiful people,

Welcome to this morning relaxation meditation.

I invite you to just find a nice comfortable seat or even lying down if that feels good for you.

Take your time to get nice and comfortable,

Maybe grab a blanket or a pillow behind your back.

Whatever you need to be absolutely comfortable creating a nice safe space.

Once you arrive,

Just check in with your body.

Notice if you're holding any tension in your face,

Your shoulders,

Your jaw.

It's okay.

Just see if you can breathe into those areas,

Just let them go,

Relax.

Once you feel nice and comfortable,

Slowly start to notice and engage with our breath.

Let's take a slow breath in through our nose,

And a deep exhale out our mouth.

Again,

Long slow breath in through your nose.

Deep exhale,

Sigh out your mouth,

Let it go.

One more together,

Biggest breath in through your nose.

Big sigh,

Slowly let it go.

Just breathe naturally here.

Just simply notice your breathing.

You have nothing else to do,

Just be here.

Watch the breath as it travels in through your nose.

Gently out your nose,

As you feel the warm air.

Noticing how the mind,

The body,

All distractions just start to melt away.

Becoming fully present,

Fully centered.

Here in the present is the only moment we have.

We don't have to strive or push for the past or the future,

For everything we need is right here.

Where God meets us,

Exactly where we are.

So let's open our hearts to the universe,

To God this morning.

So wherever you are,

Just flipping your palms so they're facing up to receive.

Let's repeat this mantra,

This statement.

God,

Thank you for this morning.

Thank you for breath in my lungs.

Thank you that because you woke me up this morning,

You have a purpose over my life.

I give you my day,

I surrender everything to you,

For you know what's best for me.

Open my eyes,

My ears,

And my heart,

To hear you,

To follow you.

For you know what's good for me.

Thank you for being my provider,

My protector,

My peace,

And my strength.

With you,

All things are possible.

Amen.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Exhale,

Let it go out your mouth.

You're welcome to keep the hands as is.

If you want to flip the palms,

Relax them back down,

You can.

Just come back to your breathing.

We're going to stay here for a few moments in the stillness.

If at any time,

Maybe your mind wanders to other things,

Just bring your attention back to your breathing,

Or maybe just the truth and the joy of the statements made in that prayer.

You are safe.

You are always held and protected.

Do not be afraid.

Do not be afraid of surrender,

Of stillness.

God has you each and every day,

Each and every moment.

You have no job to control.

Just be here.

Maybe even smiling.

You are waiting because it feels good to know that you can let go.

Something greater than you has you in its arms forever and always.

Just be here.

You are waiting because it feels good to know that you can let go.

You are waiting because it feels good to know that you can let go.

You are waiting because it feels good to know that you can let go.

Slowly,

When you're ready,

Coming back to your breathing,

Noticing your body.

Take a long,

Slow breath in through your nose and exhale out your mouth.

Let's do one more together.

Deep breath in through your nose.

And on the exhale,

Let it go with a big sigh.

Gently,

Very slowly flutter your eyes open,

Noticing your environment around you.

Bringing your hands gently to prayer at your heart,

Bowing in to the light within you.

Namaste.

Thank you for letting me guide you.

Have a beautiful day.
