Hello and welcome to your seven minute guided breath work to release and reclaim We'll be using the three-part conscious connected breath This breath removes the energy Throughout your body where it's stuck especially in the heart center It clears the mind and shifts the energy and each breath invites a fresh life force Just grounding and clearing and opening expanding and you begin to release and surrender Remember that this is called breath work and oftentimes you may find your mind Resists the work you're doing especially in the beginning So stay with it and see what the results will bring.
This is a slow Subversion of the conscious connected breath that can be done Every day or twice a day If you're feeling stuck in your energy and you need to release and reclaim Let's begin Find a quiet space where you can be undisturbed for the next few minutes And we'll be lying comfortably on the floor on a mat and maybe a blanket And begin to allow your body to soften Gently close your eyes and place one hand on your belly and the other on your heart Begin to tune into your breath Notice on every breath the belly expands and Every exhale allow your body To release into the ground Slowing the breath down filling the lungs oxygenating the body Before we begin Take a moment to connect with what you're ready to release It could be tension doubt an old story an old pattern or Something that no longer serves you Now Set an intention for what you're reclaiming perhaps peace purpose clarity or trust in yourself and Know whatever arises in this practice is perfect and exactly what you need in this moment There is no right or no wrong way to do this.
Just allow yourself to do the work and be present This Breath pattern is deep and rhythmic moving in three parts without a pause First we'll inhale through the belly second inhale through the chest and exhale through the mouth Let's begin slowly gently inhale deeply into the belly Now expand into the chest and exhale throughout the mouth That's One full cycle keep breathing in the steady rhythm allowing the breath to flow naturally belly chest Exhale Belly just exhale And Continue this breath Breathing in And keep your mouth open or closed whatever feels good to you Now with each inhale draw in fresh energy filling yourself with light With each exhale allow yourself to release let go of the tension the heaviness or anything that feels Breathe in Breathe out Breathing in If your emotions arise let them flow If thoughts surface acknowledge them let them drift away like the leaves on a river With every breath you're creating space and clearing what is no longer needed The energy is released to the body Wherever it is step opening the heart Now shift your focus to what you are reclaiming Remember you deserve to live life with joy and peace and bliss With every inhale breathe in your strength your truth your highest self Feel your body fill with energy as if you are drawing than the light of the universe Breathing clarity expand into trust Exhale fully surrendering letting something go Affirm into your mind.
