A Message In The Water: We Are All Connected

When my kids were little, I learned a trick -- when nerves are frazzled and nothing seems right anymore, put everyone in the water. It will make everything better. And it makes sense -- if you consider that our bodies are at least 71% water, that means we are ALL bodies of water walking around! So getting in the water is a quick way of coming right back home to ourselves whenever we lose our way. Taking this further, caring for the water in whatever ways we can is a deep spiritual practice that benefits all Beings. I am dedicating this song to all who are in some way standing up for the waters of this planet and for the right of all living things to have access to clean water for now and always.
