Formerly mistakenly titled “Ho’oponopono, I renamed this track after learning that while these phrases were suggested to English Speakers by Ho’oponopono practitioner Hew Len, they by no means represent the full depth and breadth of the ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. With this in mind, I deeply apologize. I offer this forgiveness, healing and gratitude practice, going beyond words to care for our connection that transcends time and space.
