Take a calming breath in, and let it out . . . let yourself feel the ground underneath you. Feel the air all around. Bring your awareness to your body and allow what easily relaxes to do so. And as you think about becoming relaxed, you find that you really become more relaxed. "Relax and let go . . . you are more powerful than you know.
