Welcome to your healing meditation,
Helping you to relax into a restful sleep.
Close your eyes if they're not closed already and shift into a more comfortable position.
Now,
Take a nice deep breath in through your nose,
Bringing that breath down into your belly and let that breath out through your mouth.
And take another nice deep breath in through your nose,
Bringing that breath down into your belly and let that breath out through your mouth.
And one more nice deep breath in through your nose,
Bringing that breath down a little bit more and let that breath out.
And now,
Moving back into your natural breath,
Breathing in and breathing out in your natural rhythm,
Feel your breath moving in and moving out.
And when you feel into your breath,
You become more aware of your body and you bring all of that awareness to the soles of your feet and you realize that you can feel the energy that you already hold there.
You may feel a tingling or a soft warmth flowing from your toes to your arches to your heels.
Now using your imagination,
Allow the energy flowing through the soles of your feet to become a magnet,
A magnet of energy for anything in your energy field that you don't need today.
Feel any old or stagnant energy easily lifting out of your energy field and flowing down to collect in the magnet of energy in the soles of your feet as you breathe in and breathe out.
Feel any old or stagnant energy flowing down to collect in the magnet in the soles of your feet,
Breathing in and breathing out,
Continuing to allow anything that needs to be released out of your energy field,
Easily lifting out and flowing down,
Down to the magnet of energy in the soles of your feet,
Breathing in and breathing out,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Continue for a few more moments,
Allowing all of the energy that needs to be released easily flowing down and collecting in the magnet of energy in the soles of your feet,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Begin to feel and receive your connection to the energy of the earth.
Feel the energy of the earth easily flowing up to meet the soles of your feet and invite the generous earth energy to connect to the soles of your feet as you breathe in and breathe out.
Allow the generous earth to easily take and release all of the energy that you gathered there,
Everything that you don't need.
Allow all of that energy to be released and transmuted back into the generous earth.
Now moving back into your natural breath,
Breathing in and breathing out in a comfortable rhythm,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Connect to your energy that you hold in the soles of your feet.
Now that you have cleared away what you don't need,
You can feel the clarity and strength of the energy flowing through your heels,
Arches,
And toes as you breathe in and breathe out.
Now using the power of your intention and the power of your energy,
Bring relaxation to your feet.
Feel your heels,
Arches,
And toes relax.
Allow your energy to flow and fill your legs.
Feel your legs relax.
Allow your energy to fill your hips and lower back.
Feel your hips and lower back relax.
Feel your energy relaxing your spine as it flows through and expands to your mid and upper back,
While at the same time you feel your energy filling your core,
Helping to relax your stomach and your ribcage and your sternum,
Flowing through your chest as your energy meets at your shoulders,
Relaxing your shoulders.
Feel your energy flowing down your arms,
Relaxing your arms,
Relaxing your wrists,
Flowing into your hands,
Relaxing your hands and every finger,
Bringing your attention to your throat.
Feel your energy filling your throat.
And as you breathe in and breathe out,
Invite your throat to relax.
Feel your energy flowing into your face,
Inviting your jaw to relax.
Feel your tongue relax,
Allowing the power of your energy to relax your cheeks and your eyes,
Your eyelids and your eyebrows,
Allowing your energy to fill your forehead.
Feel your forehead relax,
As you feel your whole head fill with your relaxing energy,
And allow any tension to melt away.
Feel the tension melt away from every part of your body.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Feel any last bit of tension melting away from every part of your body.
Feel the relaxation from your toes to the top of your head,
As you are now ready to receive gentle Reiki healing to help you move further into your sleep.
This healing energy will help to support and strengthen your overall energy,
Will help you continue to feel relaxed,
Allow yourself to relax and receive.
