This meditation is filled with universal healing energy that is ready for you to receive anytime today or in the future.
The energy we hold in our solar plexus is where we connect to our power.
The solar plexus is below our diaphragm and when we breathe deeply into our diaphragm it expands and creates so much space in our chest for the energy of our inner Sun and more space for a beautiful heart energy to flow.
Our solar plexus energy center or chakra is where we hold and our trust.
The power to feel clear and confident in our decisions and the fearlessness to be seen in our authentic powerful light.
You deserve to be seen in all of your brilliance and today will help you feel that truth.
In this healing meditation I will guide you through some breaths and then you will receive the supportive healing Reiki that is waiting for you to help clear,
Balance and strengthen your beautiful solar plexus.
You may feel a tingling,
A warmth,
Something more or something less.
Release any expectations right now and for the next few minutes.
There is nowhere you need to be.
There is nothing you need to do except allow yourself to receive and may this Reiki be for your highest good,
The benefit of all and the harm of none.
May the healing that you receive be complete on all levels of being.
You may sit up or lie down however you are the most comfortable.
Now close your eyes if they are not closed already and take a nice deep breath down into your solar plexus and let that breath out and one more deep breath down into your solar plexus and let that breath out and one last deep breath into your solar plexus but hold for four counts.
Take your breath in and hold one,
Two,
Three and four and let that breath out.
Now bring more of your awareness and attention to your solar plexus,
The space below your diaphragm and three inches above your navel and for the next few minutes you will receive deeply healing divine Reiki energy in your solar plexus and while you receive,
Allow yourself to also receive any insight,
Wisdom and guidance from your power.
I will bring you back with my voice when it is time but for now allow yourself to relax and receive.
Now it is time to bring your awareness back into your room and allow yourself awareness back into your room.
Slowly come back into your space.
Take your time moving back into your present,
