Manifesting is not always as straightforward as we would hope it to be.

Sometimes we struggle with overcoming an obstacle.

With this meditation,

We will be shown a way to move forward with our goal or dream.

Let's prepare for this simple,

Yet effective meditation,

Which can be done at any time and anywhere.

I invite you to make yourself comfortable,

Wherever you are.

For a stronger visualization,

Slowly close your eyes as you focus on your breathing.

Now,

To calm your body and mind,

Take a nice deep breath in.

And now slowly release that breath.

And another.

Deep breath in.

And slowly push all that breath out.

One more time.

Deep breath in.

And slowly let that breath go.

Now breathe in your own rhythm.

Nice and steady.

Now in your mind's eye,

You see yourself at a beach.

Golden sands lie before you.

And a little way ahead,

The ocean's waves are gently lapping the shore.

You step onto the sand and your feet slightly disappear into the soft,

Silky sand.

The sand feels cool as it flows around your toes.

You walk towards the water,

Enjoying the movement of the sand as it shifts and falls so lightly,

Like the sand in a sand timer.

Softly falling with each step you take.

The sun is shining brightly and its reflection onto the water creates a glow and wonderful sparkles,

Which makes it almost difficult to see clearly.

You have nearly reached the shoreline,

But you stop to adjust your focus from the bright lights before you.

You blink a few times,

Hoping to clear your vision.

When you refocus,

You see an image in front of you.

It's an image of something you have been trying to manifest for a while.

You see it clearly before you.

Is this still what you want in your life?

The image changes to something else.

You realise it is a different version of what you have been trying to manifest.

Maybe a better version.

Maybe it's showing you another way of achieving your goal.

A simpler way.

You blink suddenly as the sun creates an even bigger sparkle upon the sea.

And as you readjust your focus,

You notice the image has disappeared and there before you is the ocean with its waves gently lapping the shore.

But seeing the image of your dream or goal has got you thinking and you look for somewhere to sit and think.

You are about to sit upon the sand when you see something out of the corner of your eye.

It's a swing hanging from the bough of a coconut tree.

The swing is moving slightly in the gentle breeze backwards and forwards as if beckoning you to come and sit upon it.

The sun's rays have become quite hot and the swing is sheltered by the tree's big branches which are covered with large green coloured leaves.

You walk to the swing and sit upon its wooden seat.

It has been quite a while since you sat upon a swing.

You take hold of the thick rope tied securely to either side of the wooden seat.

Your toes just about reach the sand beneath you and you push them into the sand creating a gentle swinging motion.

You smile as the movement takes you back to being a child,

Giggling as you swing backwards and forwards.

The bough above you creaks slightly as the strong ropes move whilst they keep you safe.

You allow the swing to move at its own pace as you remember the visions you saw earlier.

Questions come to mind about what you have been trying to manifest and the answers quickly follow.

Why do you want this?

When do you want this?

What can you do to manifest this?

Do you need to do something different to help with the manifesting?

Can you visualise this?

Are your thoughts positive?

Can you feel the emotions and delight from achieving your goal?

With your questions answered,

Your vision comes to life in your mind,

More vivid than it has ever been,

Clearer than it has ever been.

You have a better understanding of it,

A better realisation of your need for it.

You feel the amazing feelings of having it,

The emotions,

They are so real,

So alive.

You stay with this vision for a moment and then it fades.

But although the vision has faded,

You still have the feelings and emotions within you.

And you know your goal is within arm's reach.

With a renewed feeling of determination and motivation,

You jump off the swing and walk back across the sand.

Achieving your goal is down to you.

But with the help of this meditation,

You can return here whenever you need a boost of inspiration.

This feeling comforts you and you realise you have the power within you to manifest your biggest dreams and goals.

It's time for the image before you to fade away and you bring your focus back to your room.

With a warm heart,

You know you can return to this meditation whenever you need to.

As you wiggle your fingers and toes,

Take a deep breath in.

And as you breathe out,

Gently open your eyes.
