My name is Tracy Lin and welcome to my healing and loving kindness meditation.
I created this for anyone who is going through a challenge or even painful emotional healing.
As a self love mentor,
I understand the importance of being kind and loving to yourself regardless of what you are going through.
We have a tendency to get frustrated or impatient with ourselves rather than treat ourselves like we would a dear friend or small child.
Throughout this healing meditation,
You will experience love,
Validation,
And compassion.
These are three important qualities of self love.
Many of us don't know what unconditional love feels like and with this practice,
You will begin to feel the shift in energy as my words energetically move through your heart,
Soul,
And body.
You matter,
You are worth it,
And you are loved.
Now let's begin.
It's time to be gentle on yourself as you are going through a lot.
You have just gone through an emotional surgery of the heart and soul.
You are raw and need to nurture and protect yourself.
Care and love yourself through this tough time and you will heal and get better.
The pain will shed away while healing is taking place.
You are amazing and so strong.
Look what you have been through.
Anyone would be down at this time,
But you are here knowing you need to be nurtured and loved.
Be your caretaker and nurture the wounds.
You are completely raw and bleeding from every pore of your heart and soul.
It's okay,
Sweet one.
Remember,
This is just a moment in time,
And while it feels like it won't ever end,
It will.
You will get through this.
You always have.
You are strong and resilient,
And you are an overcomer.
It's okay to be where you are at right now and feel what you are feeling.
Acknowledge all of the feelings that are coming up for you,
Whether it is fear,
Anger,
Sorrow,
Grief,
Pain,
Disappointment,
Hopelessness,
Helplessness,
Or any other emotion.
Your feelings are real and valid.
If you need to cry,
That is okay.
If you need to scream,
That is okay too.
Whatever you need in this moment is okay,
And if you don't know what you need,
It is okay also.
Be okay with not knowing what you need.
Nobody can fully understand what you are going through at this time,
But you do.
And that is all that matters,
So feel the emotions you need to feel and rest.
Give yourself permission to do nothing and let the wave wash over you.
Every feeling is a wave.
Sometimes you can ride them,
Sometimes they push you back,
And sometimes you need to hold your breath as it takes you down.
You will come back up for air,
I promise,
But until then,
Take a rest,
Be gentle,
And take it easy on yourself.
Notice the open wounds and know it's okay to be in isolation while you are healing through this.
Keep safe and protected and be okay with how sensitive you are.
Everything has been stripped open and is exposed.
Even a little breeze will be painful on the wounds.
It's okay.
You don't have to talk to anyone you don't want to.
You don't have to share your experience with anyone.
All you need to do is love and nurture yourself.
You are getting better every minute of every day.
Take a rest and adjust to the now.
It will pass and you will be in the new.
You have been through so much and you have always come through it.
Remember,
There was a time you were happy and everything was going well.
You will have those times again.
Sometimes you have to have a breakdown to have a breakthrough.
This moment will make you stronger,
But all you need to know right now is it's okay to feel like you do.
There is no right or wrong way to feel.
You are human and your feelings are real,
No matter what they are.
Don't let anyone tell you that you should feel anything different.
You are loved and everything is going to be okay.
Better than okay.
Life will have new purpose and meaning when you get through this.
You are being provided for and you have everything you need right now.
So just relax,
Breathe,
Rest,
And recuperate.
You are precious and you are loved.
I am embracing you in my loving arms,
Comforting,
Holding,
And caring for you.
You are protected and you are not alone.
