The Butterfly

While you are listening to my voice,

You can find a place where you can be at peace if you have not already done so.

Make sure you lie or sit comfortably so that your body relaxes.

Maybe you can light a candle or put a blanket over you.

Take a deep breath and exhale in a long exhale,

Repeating this a few times until you feel more relaxed.

At this moment,

There is no time.

Everything around is containing everything and nothing.

Beautiful stars twinkle around you,

An entire universe in fact.

A thousand million flashing little lights.

Everyone has their story,

Their function.

You look around.

It is beautiful,

Quiet,

Safe and dark.

You have a great view,

A beautiful view from where you are now.

And look over all these millions of stars.

Suddenly you see a shooting star coming straight at you.

At least it looks like a shooting star.

It goes fast,

But at the same time lovely.

The light is so bright that your eyes narrow.

You are almost afraid that it will hit you,

But you feel safe.

It's like this has happened to you thousand times before.

The starlight slows down the speed and is as close to you as it can get.

You are filled with calm and a huge sense of love,

Unconditional love,

Security and excitement.

A figure forms from the starlight,

And this figure is only light,

As if it were coming straight from the star it came from.

A figure of light stands right in front of you,

And the feeling is indescribable.

Greetings my dear.

The voice that hits you is soft and beautiful,

But also determined.

The voice continues.

Have you made a choice,

Made up your mind?

Do not.

The feeling of tense energy is jerky.

The figure of light smiles.

Even though it does not have a mouth,

You can see,

You can only feel it.

The light figure reaches out his hands and take yours.

Even if you cannot see them,

You feel.

Good.

Take this with you.

It's your soul.

Remember you always carried it with you,

No matter where and what you are.

A small shining star with a warm glowing light shines in your hands and is carried towards your heart.

The feeling is indescribable.

The love is so enormous that you feel as though you will blow up.

As it hits the point above your heart,

It's like an explosion happens.

An inferno of light,

Stars,

Everything melts together.

You are pulled from where you stand at high speed.

You do not know what is happening,

But you feel safe.

The light around you is so strong that you cannot see.

The figure of light disappears from you more and more.

You want to call it back,

But it's too late.

You are going on your own journey now.

You have chosen it yourself.

It is in your soul,

Safely placed as a memory of another time.

You have experienced this before.

It feels as though you are being drowned into a dark narrow canal and not being able to feel nor see.

You just sense that the speed is so great and then suddenly it stops and you were melted and it becomes quiet.

You brace yourself and think,

Here,

Here I will be now.

While you feel the starlight you received from the light figure burning towards your heart and suddenly you feel security and joy.

You are here,

Tied to something you do not know what right now.

But here you will live for a while,

Develop,

Grow.

Here you made the choice and decided it was here.

Time goes by,

It grows,

It gets tighter and tighter.

You are enveloped in warmth and security.

The light is just the way you think it is at its most comfortable.

Sometimes you can hear voices,

Sounds,

Music.

Other times it is quiet with a gentle touch that you can feel.

Time is here.

You know while you do not know what awaits you.

You have experienced it before but it is still a now.

The starlight warms you when you feel insecure.

It's located where it should be.

The soul has spoken,

Determined.

What will this journey show and teach you,

Beautiful soul?

You feel it,

A pressure.

You can hardly breathe.

What happens?

You have experienced this before.

You resist,

Do not want to.

Suddenly you see the figure of light in front of you and remember.

The father of your soul and the voice.

Have you made the choice and decided?

You know you have to let go.

Surrender and just float along.

This is your journey.

You feel the love from your own soul.

As if it were giving you a message,

Rest assured.

I am here.

Let yourself be led out into the light and shine as you are.

As you surrender,

Release all your strength and surrender.

A shining light hits the skin that lies over your eyes.

So strongly that it is as if there is no obstacle to it.

You scream out a roar right away as it cuts into you.

You gasp for air and you yourself is surprised by your own power.

You feel the thumb in your chest.

Oh no,

Where is the starlight?

Suddenly you feel calm and a voice that says,

It is there forever.

Let your soul shine forward now.

Show who you are.

You feel something warm around you and the rope lovers over you.

You have come from a star to a new world of your choice.

Here you will learn,

Grow and develop as nourishment and experience for your soul.

And that is why you are here.

And that is why you are here.

For many years you have been on earth and your soul has experienced light and darkness.

Security and insecurity.

Tranquility and unrest.

Fear and joy.

Hate and love.

All this you have come to greet while a starlight from the father of your soul is well planted in your soul.

It contains only love.

And as you know,

You can bring it out at any time.

That it is enough to just think about it.

Then you can feel the feeling of security and know what to do.

But sometimes you also let it fade,

Forget it.

The way it has passed so fast and there are many experiences,

Stories,

Feelings and pains,

Joys and sorrows to enrich oneself with.

For look at everything as an enrichment for this is in your plan.

Sometimes you can long feel a great loss so strong that the tears flow.

A loss you cannot replace.

But then you understand that it is not just you who feels this way.

The father of your soul and all the others from your star.

Miss you too.

Even though everything is determined.

But you know that everything was placed in your soul before you came here.

The starlight is your support and love which you can rest on.

Always remember that.

You are sitting in a beautiful meadow in the summer heat.

Surrounded by beautiful colors just like the rainbow.

Warm wind against bare feet.

Mother Earth against my bare feet.

Sunrays that shine in hair and that give your beautiful face golden color and warm tongue.

Here you are.

On this Earth you have come here for a reason.

Assisted with many different tasks that your soul has benefited from,

Given and received.

Like all the butterflies on this meadow you are in right now.

You have also flown from place to place with experiences stored in your memory.

Like a butterfly.

Transformation after transformation.

Some tough,

Some easy.

Transformation after transformation.

Some tough,

Some good.

Like a package that has been unpacked many times with different colors.

From place to place.

People between you have been and still will be.

As a butterfly you will still fly,

Transform,

Experience.

A unique butterfly with your starlight from your soul's father planted against your heart.

Until you meet again.

You made a choice.

Decided that this was the right choice.

This is where you should be and let your soul experience.

For better or for worse.

Put your hands over your beautiful heart.

Over your starlight from the father of your soul.

Feel the feeling it gives you.

You are always safe with this.

Remember that.

Let it be wrapped by loving tears or wonderful laughter.

This is you.

Just like the sun makes the flowers open and all the other butterflies shove you.
