Dear Soul,

I feel the water from the river washed down upon me,

Through my body,

From top to bottom.

It cleanses me with its clear mountain water and washes away emotions that do not nourish you,

My Soul.

Dear Soul,

I feel the sun from a blue sky warm my face when I turn towards it.

I feel the sun's rays drying me,

Where the river has washed me clean and made an opening through my body so the sun can reach inside.

Dear Soul,

I hear the wind whistling in the treetops and feel it gently stroking my hair away from the forehead as it also finds its way where the river and the sun have been before it.

It sneaks into every nook and cranny inside me to blow away the last remnants of dirt and dust that is yet to be removed.

Dear Soul,

I feel my feet safely on the ground under Mother Earth heart where I stand firmly anchored on this path.

Dear Soul,

I see the eagle flying over me which gives me some of its sharp sight so that I can see with my clairvoyance what is to be seen around me and inside of me.

Dear Soul,

I am on a journey,

A journey that gives me adventure after adventure with different meaning,

Message and signs on my way.

I so desperately want to get to know you better so that you can guide me with tenderness,

Love and caution.

Dear Soul,

I am ready,

Ready to see,

Listen and be present in my body so that I can always feel,

See and listen to the message you give me.

Your whispering voice that gently touches the stings of the heart.

Dear Soul,
