It's good to start days with something that's good for you, so you can design how you want to get the day to become. This is a short practice that you can start your day with. Get up 10 minutes earlier, sit down and find peace with this wonderful moment for yourself

Sit down.

Close your eyes and drop your shoulders.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and release it slowly through your mouth.

Notice how your body relaxes more and more with each breath.

This is an amazing morning.

Follow your breath all the way down into your stomach and all the way back out.

Focus solely on your breath.

It moves calmly in and out,

Flows calmly through your body.

Focus on your breath all the way down into your stomach and all the way back out.

Focus on your heart,

On every single heartbeat.

Your body is calm and relaxed.

Now imagine what you want your day to be like.

Imagine amazing results for everything that lies before you.

This is an amazing day.

Focus on these words.

I am excited to see what will happen today.

Now move into your day with calm and peace in your heart.
