Deep breath as we prepare for today's wonderful celebration of the new moon.
Take a deep breath and just be aware of your body.
Relax your body so that you're open and receptive to the energy of the transmission.
Remember no matter what your lesson is,
No matter what our lesson is,
Our lesson meaning humanity's lesson,
Whatever it is,
Just feel the momentum that's pushing us forward in this mysterious direction that I know will bring us to a place that is full of equanimity and full of energies that help us to come back to balance.
Can you sense this?
Something invisible pushing us forward in a direction that may be mysterious but we recognize through the heart,
We recognize through the subtle senses.
Can you sense that there is a mystery that's revealing itself to us,
Rising from within the depths of our being and presenting itself in many different ways?
Do you sense the different ways?
Do you recognize the beginnings of this communication?
I call this a shift into newness,
An emergence.
It's supported by the energy of the new moon.
This is what a new moon means,
The beginning and the emergence of the energy of communication that the new moon helps us to recognize as we plant a seed,
The seed grows and we recognize ah,
This is what is revealing itself to us.
Takes time.
This new energy of the new moon is also magnified by the fact that we've just experienced and we're continuously experiencing the equinox,
The equinox energy that moves us towards resolution and completion.
So you have two forces playing together,
Dancing together and communicating to us here on this earthly dimension,
Inviting us into the play,
Into this dance.
This is the energy that's so very powerfully communicating to us now,
But we may not be able to recognize the communication because it's a movement,
Internal frequency that moves us but the mind,
Well the mind needs time to understand what is going on when it comes to energetic shifts and resets.
But no matter what,
There is a momentum and it's very powerful and due to the cosmic forces that we are now embracing here on this earthly dimension,
Not just the equinox and the new moon but the various alignments,
Cosmic alignments that are happening are helping this momentum to move into a certain direction.
Now this intensity is most likely to be felt,
You may be feeling this already,
Be felt,
Sensed,
Recognized,
Acted upon in the next month.
So be aware of this just in case everything is a bit too intense,
Everything is a bit too chaotic,
Know that there is a momentum that's moving us in a certain direction.
Of course beyond next month the experience will continue so everything takes time and this year will be experienced in the way that perhaps is only understood later on when we have perspective,
We realize when we step back,
We realize oh we've been moving into,
We've been moving in this direction,
The momentum is taking us to here because you begin to recognize your steps and this is why it's so important to be creative throughout this year,
If this doesn't make sense to you then don't worry,
Step back and be creative because as you embody creativity in your actions,
In your meditations,
In your spiritual practice,
In your life practice,
Then what you're doing is supporting a momentum that will allow the different colors,
The different vibrations that you can see,
Sense as colors,
Shine in your life and it's almost as if you're allowing a magical rainbow to appear here guiding you step by step towards this beautiful mysterious place,
The end of the rainbow.
You know we've been as a culture looking at problems so we look down,
We're looking down at those steps that we're taking and trying to logically,
Conceptually find a way of walking without stepping on anything that might hurt us,
Actually we need to do the opposite,
We need to look up towards the sky,
Be curious about the colors and the mysterious shapes of the clouds,
Look up but not in a way where we're airy-fairy in our thinking process but look up to make sure that we understand that there is magic in our lives,
To look up at our potential,
The possibility,
The infinity of such means that that magical rainbow shines bright and we recognize that it's there in the first place.
If we're looking down at all the problems and all the situations that we have to face then we'll miss those colors,
We'll miss that magic,
We look up towards the heavenly dimension meaning that we're saying affirming yes to possibilities,
The infinite that is there all around us,
We're saying yes to possibilities and this helps you to understand that the rainbow is symbolic,
The rainbow is symbolic of the energy of conscious manifestation,
We are a part of this creative process that is life and there is within you a creative conscious process that allows you to manifest with ease those wonderful gifts that we are now about to receive and they can be very subtle in the beginning but they are profoundly life-changing,
It could be something as simple as an aha moment,
A recognition,
A realization,
Profoundly and deeply important when it comes to your spiritual practice but it's a creative process and you can't hold on to it,
Can't hold on to the aha moment because the aha moment is inviting you to go deeper into that creativity,
To take that step but not in the usual way,
The goal-orientated way where wants and needs pull you towards the more egoic realm of yourself but rather you're free and with ease you allow for that creative process to unfold so just be aware,
Be mindful that despite the new moon energy being one of movement forwards,
The new beginning,
Growing,
Expanding,
It's not really the best time to hold on to goal-orientated projects that are driven but not by creativity but by your wants and needs so I'm repeating myself but it's really important because there is a difference,
I want this,
I want to be the best,
I and push push push that's the opposite of the natural flow that we're receiving from within the cosmic space here on this earthly dimension that is hinting to the very depths of our being,
Follow your passion,
Follow your dream,
So find ways to nurture creativity in your life,
This means just taking time to do things in a way that you normally don't do them,
It can be something as simple as when you walk up the steps rather than if your right foot is the dominant foot rather than walking up the steps with your right foot leading the way,
Try and see what happens when you use your left foot slowly,
Gently,
Creativity is about exploring whatever it is that you're exploring from a new perspective so creativity means giving yourself the time and space to recognize what you're dreaming and the narrative of your dream and infusing the foundation that supports you with the passion that comes from within that dream and the vision that comes from within that dream what this means is that you come to the end of the rainbow and what you realize oh look at what I've just found a pot of gold,
Gold is symbolic,
It is the alchemical metal that means that we have recognized the wonderful gift that we receive when we complete a journey,
When we complete a vision,
When we dream our dream,
When we listen to the narrative within the dream and use that as our foundation to explore our passion and celebrate that in life so in a practical way we can now start this journey where we become conscious of what creativity means,
Take a deep breath,
Relax the body and take a deep breath all the way down into your abdomen as you breathe in,
Visualize the beauty of the sky,
Just imagine the sky,
The blueness,
The infinity,
The space of sky and sense this infinity like a breath of fresh air that you're breathing in and you can really almost taste the beautiful freshness like sometimes if you've walked in mountains that wonderful fresh smell that mountains have or perhaps next to the sea that wonderful beautiful air that you breathe in when the sea is clean and vibrant and alive just imagine visualize this as you breathe deep into your abdomen as you sense this in your body as you sense this in the energy of your heart the energy this heartfelt connection to the cosmos to the space around you make sure that that guides you to think differently gives you the energy to think differently to stretch your mind into new dimensions and to look at things from within the space that you're breathing into your body what you're doing is looking at things from within free of those external limitations every breath brings the cosmos and its infinity its beauty deep into the very core of your being this is a new way for us individuals for us as a social entity this is a new way in today's world deep breath breathe in open and receptive and know that anything new is not always easy perhaps it's easy for you and i do hope that everyone connects to the energy of the new moon and that natural flow helps us to move forward with ease but it's not on on a collective level this is not easy especially because humanity is on a very slippery path exploring many aspects of life in a way that is almost like a roller coaster knowing this it's very useful to expect and be prepared for changes that may be surprising perhaps unwanted it's not about negativity it's just about the typical response to situations that our world has become very comfortable falling back to just be aware and prepared because you may need to navigate with more maturity and more intelligence than that which is being reflected around you and this is not to put down any situation around you but just to observe step back ask yourself is this a breath of fresh air or am i falling into the stagnant the limited and the old that just is too heavy for me at this moment this is a great way to be prepared and discern and use discernment to prepare yourself for a different way now if you get caught be prepared one thing that's very useful is if you find yourself walking through the mire dragging the mud with you and just look up towards the sky and open yourself to the divine presence in all and everything give yourself a moment and consciously connect to a new vision to a new dream and this could be something as simple as not going towards a place that you think is better but changing your attitude it could be something as easy as walking but with a bounce in your steps walking but with a sense of wow i can look at everything around me from a new perspective and smile bring this level of heartfelt creative activity into your world especially if certain situations arise cultural and economic paradigms become a little bit more chaotic in the way that they present themselves to us especially in the next month or so if you're confused then stop for a moment and be guided by your gut feeling rather than any decisions that are connected to fear-based perspectives to connect to your gut place the palms of your hands onto the abdomen's belly area and just say to your mind okay give this part of my body a moment to reveal what is going on strengthen your confidence in the solar plexus belly area strengthen your confidence and nurture that spiritual energy within you so that there is a motivation that takes you beyond your fears and beyond your doubt rather than the stuckness that may be an obstacle over the next month or so let that go through confidence and through a nurtured perspective that you're connecting to in your body funny thing is that very often fears are just wake-up calls saying that there are some overdue changes that need to be made and the fear is just the resistance but also at the same time it's the clue that helps you to seek new opportunities and to take chances and it's very important to take a chance to believe that that dream that you're dreaming is possible to take a chance not just jump into anything in it without thinking but to take a chance to trust yourself to look at the new rather than fall back into the old you know you might stumble a little that's okay don't give up hold your head high and make sure that you're moving towards something that invites creativity curiosity that's the foundation of the journey and this journey is a journey that i call the heroic journey of discovery you are open to new possibilities by discovering that which you don't know that which you don't understand and of course it takes time it takes energy to be comfortable in that situation but you can do specific things that help you set intentions and look at them from fearless mindset so that you move forward rather than be held back by what the mind perceives as obstacles make sure that you're consciously manifesting reality in a way that is in alignment with your dream be inspired deep breath as you open yourself up to the inspiration that now is gifting this wonderful dimension of existence with possibilities to receive this energy this cosmic energy in an even more powerful way we move on to the next part of the transmission which is the meditational practice relaxing the body and bringing the palms of your hands close to your face and just looking at the palms of your hands looking at the energy of the palms of your hands eyes open and then eyes closed and sensing that energy and then to strengthen this connection to energy maybe place a few drops of essential oil my preference is frankincense but you can place lavender or one of the other skin friendly oils rub the palms of your hands together and then breathe in the aroma breathe in deeply make sure that the breath is connected to the energy in the palms of your hands and when ready placing the palms of your hands upwards towards the sky and it's as if you feel this sensation in the palms of your hands it's as if there is a coolness or a movement of energy in the palms of your hands that you're receiving from this beautiful space the cosmos in alignment with every little part of your being you're receiving this can be an intention as well as a practice the affirmation whichever feels right for you but could be this if you feel connected to this affirmation i'm bringing the awareness of energy into my life my intention is to focus the energy so that it flows so that it flows with ease then bring the palms of your hands to the cranium and allow the energy of the space around you the cosmos to flow with ease around the cranium especially the top of the head the crown moving the palms of your hands around gently a few centimeters away from the cranium just moving all the way down to the temples your face your jaw your eyes you're doing nothing the energy just flows and clears purifies the space with ease deep breath maybe moving your hands towards different parts of your body around the heart area around the solar plexus area around the belly area cleansing clearing but not through your needs or wants but just open and receptive to divine presence moving through you moving you so that you come back home to the very essence of your being now if it's helpful you can also repeat another affirmation here i'm cleansing the energy around my body within me cleansing purifying my thoughts and feelings letting go as i breathe out there is a lightness that comes to me a lightness that breathes through me lightness that touches every cell within me a luminosity that expands into the cosmos deep breath and bring the palms of your hands to the heart area relax them there then gently look up towards the sky and imagine a beautiful rainbow remember the excitement maybe that you felt as a little child when discovering the beauty of a rainbow now you're moving through that energy that excitement is carrying you through the energy of the rainbow you come to a place where there is a revelation now you don't need to do anything just with ease be present to the pot of gold that is there that you sense deep within your heart just be present don't hold or try to make sense of what the gold means just enjoy like you did perhaps when a little child just enjoy the space you're planting a seed a new beginning just wait and trust no doubt and allow these next few weeks these next few months to guide you be inspired be guided just sense in a creative way what these new energies mean to you and repeat this meditation with intentional focus but with ease without effort don't push just be open to the inspiration and the gift that comes your way deep breath gently coming back to the awareness of the body connecting your feet to the ground sensing the earth the energy of the earth ground you opening your eyes looking around and
