You you you Wonderful day to continue with the abundance that is possible when we focus in the right way.
I know so many have been caught in different types of situations,
Feeling a little bit overwhelmed.
There is always something happening when transformation is so very intense as it is at this moment.
What is important when sitting in meditation,
When focusing on the spiritual practice,
Is to remember that the stillness is what helps us to come back to wisdom.
And the stillness doesn't mean a lack of sounds or a lack of thinking or a lack of feeling.
The stillness simply means that you come back into the harmony,
The natural harmony that is part of the cosmos,
That's part of the universe.
And in general,
We can look at all the different practicalities.
We are here on this dimension of existence to be practical,
To actually know how to transform the wisdom into everyday type steps that will help us to open up and to plant the seeds that then help us to be more creative in this dimension of existence.
So feeling overwhelmed,
Remember that is just a signal,
That's just a frequency.
And whenever you sit in meditation,
And if you feel overwhelmed by your thoughts,
Or if you feel overwhelmed by your feelings,
Or just by the fact that it's difficult to let go and to relax into stillness,
Then remember there is a way.
And the way isn't to get caught in the overwhelm,
But to come back to stillness,
Which means that you are aligning your whole being,
Your energy to the harmony that is within the cosmos.
This simply means asking yourself,
Who am I in this moment?
Am I that which is overwhelmed or that which is identifying with my thoughts that create a sense of overwhelm with my feelings?
Or am I,
And then just take a deep breath,
Or am I then focus on the cosmos,
The universe?
Just don't try to find an answer in your mind.
Don't try to address,
Okay,
I am this or I am that.
Just be.
As you breathe in,
Deep breath,
Be the creative,
Be the cosmos,
Be the universe.
As you come back to the source of wisdom within,
Then those old reactive ways become less important and the creative source of playfulness,
A source of just positive feelings that every human being can come back and get in touch with.
That is the gift that you can open up to as you breathe in deep breath into the body,
Deep full breath into the body.
This is the first step to breathe in and to say yes to the creative,
To the harmonious that you are embracing.
Deep breath into the abdomen.
Then as you breathe out,
Relaxing,
Letting go,
That is the stillness,
Letting go,
Those old habits,
Those old reactions to thoughts and feelings,
Letting them go and looking up towards the cosmos,
Towards the universe,
Knowing that the light is within all and everything and you are the cosmos,
You are the universe.
So as you breathe out and let go of your ego identification with I am this or I am that,
You become that which you truly are,
Your truth.
As you breathe out and let go of overwhelm,
Let go of tension,
Let go of stress,
Let go of those thoughts,
Let go of those fears,
Ancient fears,
The negativities,
The old space,
The habits,
Breathe them out,
Extend the out-breath,
Let go,
Let go,
Cleanse and release,
Let go.
Just be,
Be in the stillness as you let go,
As you create this beautiful space within the cosmos,
Shows itself in so many different ways,
As a gift,
As a wisdom,
As an understanding,
As a connection,
As a sense of love,
As a sense of nurture.
As you breathe in,
Embrace this,
Align to the gift that the cosmos is sharing with you because you are the cosmos.
Deep breath,
Breathing in and breathing out,
Extending the breath,
Letting go.
You you you you you you you you you Deep breath,
Breathing in,
Posture of the body,
Harmonious,
Supporting you so that you breathe in deep down into the abdomen,
And as you breathe out,
Letting go,
Extending the out-breath,
Full complete out-breath,
Relaxing,
Letting go,
Just releasing the old,
Releasing the old,
Distress the old,
Habits the old,
Ways of thinking,
Just letting go into stillness.
Deep breath,
Deep full breath.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Remind yourself to listen to your heart.
This simply means to open up and be receptive to the energy that's within the cosmos.
The cosmos,
The universe,
Is so beautifully harmonious.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
And let go of the old,
You align yourself to this beautiful harmony that's within you,
Within the cosmos,
Within the universe.
Just open up,
Allow your mind to be creative,
Allow your feelings to be receptive,
And create an intention today to let go of what usually creates a negative inside of you,
What usually creates a fear inside of you,
What usually creates a connection to perhaps ancient genetic fears inside of you.
And let go.
Make this your intention to let go,
And as you let go,
Trust that you are guided,
You are the cosmos,
The energy,
The harmonious energy within the cosmos.
This is your essence,
This is the frequency that you are now elevating to as you let go of the old,
The old paradigms,
The old thoughts,
The old negative habits and fears.
You open up yourself to the creative.
Deep breath as you integrate this intention for today and for the next few days.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
And letting go into stillness.
You may wish to take a few more moments just to integrate this intention gently when you're ready,
