
Reach Out & Touch Consciousness Talk + Meditation

Adventurous activation & expansion happens by reaching out beyond the basic aspects of mundane life to touch a new & meaningful perspective of communication.

You you you you you you you you I hope you can hear me we will begin with the transmission very soon just preparing for the transmission finding a comfortable place to relax a still place where you won't be disturbed by technologies or gadgets.
A place where you can just let go of the mundane and come back to this wonderful inner stillness that is part of the practice it's part of the meditational practice so it's wonderful to be able to have this space where you can practice meditation where you can come back to this stillness where you can let go of the mundane just that in itself is very healing to be able to have special quality time where there are no more thoughts of needing to do this or needing to do that,
Even if those thoughts are there in the background you don't have to actually be reactive and act out those thoughts,
You don't have to rush to do something or check your inbox you don't have to call someone or tidy up or vacuum or wash dishes or go and do whatever it is that your mind is saying is urgent for this moment in this moment there is nothing to do,
Everything is perfect all just flows in this wonderful still way so stillness becomes something very tangible it's not just an negation of noise or quiet space that is different from how you live an everyday life it's part of,
Sacred part of your communication to life so stillness is an activity it's not a negation of activities but it's an activity that allows for this clear focus,
This state of adventurous movement towards something that is unknown it's an activity where there is no reference there is no need to do things in a way that the mind is comfortable with or the way that your emotions are comfortable with there is an adventure,
There is a quality of mysticism within the step that allows you to move beyond the mundane into this moment but to embrace this moment from an active perspective of communication so the stillness is more to do with being able to expand consciousness and embrace the activities that are happening beyond the need or the desire to fulfill the basic requirements of being alive we all have to go to work,
We all have to do whatever it is,
Practical things that we have to do we all have to sometimes attend to mundane aspects of our lives but now,
In this moment,
All that becomes more still and the most subtle qualities of consciousness which manifest within the activities that are unknown to you begin to be there in such a way where they are more tangible and you can reach out and touch and communicate to those aspects of consciousness in a very real way,
In a way that perhaps the mind doesn't comprehend but very real,
Deep inside you know that you are reaching out for this wonderful communication even if it doesn't make sense to the mind at the moment some part of you in this stillness is able to communicate a depth,
A meaningful depth to all and everything that becomes an experience just as it manifests in this moment so the feeling or the thought or the intuition that happens beyond the mundane thinkings and feelings that we are used to are mystic in nature,
They are mystical in nature and so there is no need to try to understand them from the mundane perspective of the mind just like any adventure,
Be open to the qualities that are beyond the mundane this is what stillness means,
Means that you let go of those references that the brain is comfortable with the neurons firing and wiring in a certain pattern,
It's very important but now you are embracing an aspect of yourself where the neurons fire and wire in a new way and it's never happened before but of course it can happen just as it is now simply because the potential is there and the activity is the activation of your potential and stillness is required for this,
Stillness means just letting go of your focus so that that focus that is normally caught within your thoughts or that focus that is normally caught within having to wash the dishes or go to work or do this or do that or whatever it is that keeps life going becomes less important and now the energy of the focus moves to this unknown space and the activation happens simply because you are exploring the space even if you don't know what the space is,
We don't often know what our potential is until we reach out for that potential in a very concrete way so as you breathe in and breathe out,
Even if you don't know what you are reaching out for be comfortable in this space of not knowing because that is what newness means,
This is what a new beginning truly means that you are comfortable just being yourself even if you don't know what this means,
Very often we don't know who am I in this moment what is me?
We don't know and we don't need to know,
We simply need to be receptive enough for communication to happen naturally so as you breathe in and breathe out and let go of not just the mental constrictions and tensions that are a normal part of thinking,
A normal part of interaction in the world but also those emotional ones that sometimes lay hidden or dormant until something triggers them until some aspect of life,
Stress or anxiety triggers those hidden or dormant emotions and they come up to the surface and we are sometimes surprised by the energy that they contain the force that they come up with you are all still and quiet and then something happens and you all of a sudden get upset and angry about it but is it truly a communication that is worthwhile in that moment?
Is that truly what you want to communicate to the world?
So if you let this go just like you let go of thoughts that perhaps have to do with anger or upsetness doesn't mean you are letting go of this aspect of yourself,
It just simply means that the focus has the freedom to explore another space so if you let go of the mental constrictions and the emotional constrictions that build up this tension that sometimes surfaces up to an experience,
Up to communication within yourself,
To the world or to yourself even that is negative in its structure,
There is no need to battle with that negativity there is no need to try to make sense of why did I all of a sudden lose my temper or why did I not remember to do this in a better way there is no need to explore that which you already know from the mundane explore the more mystical quality of that which is invisible to your state of awareness and that only becomes visible when you let go of the focus that normally is so much caught within the mundane it is just simply that the focus,
Your focus,
Your attention and the energy that goes with your focus and attention is caught in the mundane,
That's what creates reactivity,
That's what creates a state of reactivity so even when we think we are relaxed,
All that is truly happening is that we've got things under control we've socialized ourselves enough to keep things in a certain flow that's more under control than a natural flow of communication so notice that in meditation this is not what happens,
Notice that as you breathe in and breathe out and let go of the mundane-ness of thinking or the mundane-ness of feeling that the activity that comes up to the surface is meaningful thinking and meaningful feelings,
Communications within your feelings so you're simply transforming the flow from one that is restricted by negative patterns of thinking to one that is touched by your potential and that potential is not known for many,
So we need to trust as you breathe in and breathe out and let go of the negative states of mind,
The thoughts or feelings that lay hidden in between the social patterns that we've learnt or the little aspects of our personality that we believe ourselves to be as we let that go,
Then there is another flow that happens,
That flow is experienced in the heart,
Deep within,
It's a heartfelt space that becomes more obvious to consciousness meditation allows us to connect to this space,
As we let go of many layers and the many aspects of those layers that create this space of unknown,
Unknown aspect of the potential being touched by our consciousness as this unknown becomes more known,
As we peel those layers,
As we let them go,
Then the heart remembers,
Comes back to a state of remembrance of the activity that is happening within your thinking,
Within your feeling,
Within your body transforms because its reference is no longer the negative thoughts or the negative patterns within those thoughts but rather the flow is being touched by this remembrance that is happening deep within the heart the remembrance of that you are more than your mind,
You are more than your feelings,
That potential is so great,
The expansion of consciousness is unlimited,
It's infinite in its nature when you touch this heartfelt space that allows for consciousness to be seen for truly what it is,
Rather than a perception that your mind is limited to you,
To those constraints and you to those limited perspectives and limited focus that we as human beings so very often get caught by and create more and more suffering in ourselves,
Within ourselves,
But also within our experience of the perfection that is this physical manifestation,
Your body,
The world,
Your experience it's only imperfect because your mind believes it to be so,
If we change our perspective just as we are doing now in meditation,
Then we need to trust that that change allows us to move to a space,
Our hearts that can be celebrated in a very different way,
That can be honoured in a very different way than the way that we've learnt to honour or to relate to our minds and our feelings so as you breathe in and breathe out,
Besides letting go of the mundane,
Besides creating a flow of activity within yourself that is touched by your heart,
A flow of activity within your heart where you feel compassion,
Where you feel love,
Where you feel the mystery of life where you experience these wonderful aspects of expansion in a very concrete way,
Besides trusting your heart,
It is important that you not give up whatever the challenges may be throughout your day today,
Whatever the challenges may be that you are facing within yourself or outside of yourself,
Understand that part of trust is not to give up that giving up is a reflection of mundane consciousness,
When we just think potential,
That potential that we know is out there within us or outside of ourselves is impossible to reach,
Touch,
Communicate to when we create that belief system,
It's important that we let that constriction or that limited perspective go just as another negative thought,
Let it go and come back to the positivity that's within you so as you breathe in and breathe out,
Just give yourself this moment now to come back to a heartfelt space of positivity,
Be receptive to what this means as an experience,
As a meditational experience breathing in and breathing out,
Letting go,
Deeper breath,
Making sure you relax,
Any tensions,
Any physical tensions in the body,
Around the shoulders,
Around the abdomen,
Around the hips making sure your body is aligned in such a way where your spine is straight,
Your shoulders are open so that you can breathe in,
The breath flows deep into the abdomen in a natural beautiful way,
The breath is full and complete making sure if there are any emotional constrictions,
If you're worried,
If your mind keeps going back to repetitive pattern of thinking or feeling,
Just making sure you give that space a little bit of your awareness,
Okay,
This is what's going on I can look at this right now but as I look at this right now,
I come back to what is more real,
Not the reflection of my mind or the reflection of my feelings but I come back to my heart,
Come back to that space and feel the positivity within this space so whatever constrictions or limitations or challenges that may pop up as you relax and let go of the mundane,
Just give them a little bit of attention and then come back naturally to the flow that is happening within you,
The flow of your breath,
The flow of your body,
Just happily relaxed,
Receptive,
Trusting that the space that you are exploring,
The potential that you are touching communicates to you in a very tangible real way,
You may feel sensations of warmth,
The body may just feel good,
Your brain may be firing and wiring,
The neurons within your brain may be firing and wiring in a new way any communication of such an experience can only be realized as consciousness expands and recognizes itself,
So it's not a dualistic recognition,
It's almost as if you first expand,
First breathe in,
Full deep breath,
Then you realize you've breathed in you realize what the full breath truly means physically,
Emotionally,
Mentally,
Energetically,
So as you breathe in and breathe out and let go of the limited negative patterns of thinking,
The positive becomes more obvious in this moment and in all aspects of manifestation,
Physical,
Emotional,
Mental,
Energetic so trust,
As you breathe in and breathe out trust,
The flow of consciousness within,
As you continue breathing in and breathing out,
Letting go,
Coming back to this beautiful heartfelt space of positivity we continue with the Hu meditation we continue with the Hu meditation we continue with the Hu meditation we continue with the Hu meditation we continue with the Hu meditation we continue with the Hu meditation we continue with the Hu meditation we continue with the Hu meditation we continue with the Hu meditation we continue with the Hu meditation we continue with the Hu meditation we continue with the Hu meditation we continue with the Hu meditation
