Love = Oneness = Deep Connection

Inner presence is a connection to the cosmos, yet a sense of separation is common these days. When we are being guided by the light within, the realisation of such, beyond the mental concepts so prevalent in our socio-cultural dimension, is part of something much greater. You you you Hello, Just taking a few moments to settle down and to come back to inner presence Realizing that inner presence is a connection to the cosmos and to the space that is all around us this beautiful space where consciousness manifests on so many different levels One aspect of the manifestation is the light being guided by the light within or by What some people call God or sacred or the higher self? This realization is such a beautiful experience Sitting in meditation this realization is very very present in the meditational practice in the way that we Open and receive this realization beyond just being a concept. It's an intuitive deep feeling profound connection that allows us to open up to This new perspective that everything that the mind believes to be the focus is really just part of something much greater that is all that the thoughts dissolve away and We begin to recognize this oneness or as some mystics have pointed out love this oneness this deep connection This is the intention of today's meditation to come back to this inner presence Remind yourself that you don't have to struggle you don't have to fight with the mind you don't have to Try to empty yourself of feelings, But rather just connect to the intuitive Allow the intuitive to guide you there is an intelligence within this creative Process that is intuition that allows you to recognize that you are part of the universe just open up in a receptive way And whenever the mind gets caught in a thought or a feeling just bring the attention inwards Realize that as you do this consciousness Is expressing itself on so many levels So don't just wait for that information or that connection to happen conceptually Be aware that it's already happened Deep within there is already a deep and profound Sense of awareness that allows us to come back into transformation Can transform old habits old ways of thinking old ways of connecting to ourselves and to others and as we do this come back to love Deep breath breathing deeply into the abdomen into the belly area and chest Abdomen into the belly area and chest Breathing out letting go No boundaries that create limitations rather An open perspective that lets go of the insecure ego self Deep breaths On the out breath remind yourself Of the light remind yourself of this beautiful connection love Through the sacred sound the mantra repeating that on the out breath in a non audible way Let us practice gently inviting yourself back to stillness You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You Deep breath As you breathe in and breathe out Just feeling a sense of gratitude for the stillness Knowing that the stillness within gives space To wisdom give space to that inner wisdom to communicate to you intuitively Just feeling the gratitude feeling the sense of thankfulness Knowing that You will always be guided with whatever issues or problems that you have to deal with in your everyday life Just takes this inner connection So whenever you feel yourself to be separate from the world and from other people or other experiences that are happening outside Then just let go of those boundaries, Especially those boundaries that create habits in the mind And experience the light That is the light And experience the light experience this sense of Receptive openness that allows cosmic intelligence to guide you beyond concepts beyond projections Back to a part of your being that is very connected As you still and relax into this present moment You realize that Love itself is expressing its beauty expressing its attributes through The many gifts coming your way Gratitude and appreciation thankfulness means that those gifts Come into A sense of presence so that they're there present to you in a very obvious and clear way Deep breath Spending a few moments in gratitude connecting to the depth of your being Just affirming that you're grateful So you may wish to continue in stillness for a few more moments Whenever you feel ready just gently coming back and enjoying the rest of your day. Thanks, Tony. I came to meditation this morning very frustrated and jumpy. I had a hard time remembering my stillness. My thoughts kept going, even when I kept bringing it back to my breath. I eventually forgot to bring it back and was “lost” in a fantasy: one of myself teaching meditation and telling my students that ”it’s ok to have transient emotions, but we still show up to try. Wisdom is understanding the difference between our transient selves and our permanent selves deep within- we listen to the deep self, the love.” You began speaking again and I was abruptly brought back into the here and now, but I smiled because my deep self still gave me what I needed today.
