Ethernet Just making sure that you create this wonderful space of receptivity,
Making sure there is no disturbances around.
As you relax into a comfortable position,
Just making sure that there are no tensions in your body,
That your posture is conducive to deep breathing,
Posture is upright and shoulders relaxed.
Then just breathe in deeply,
Making sure the breath comes to a point within the abdomen that allows for deep relaxation in the diaphragm.
Deep breath.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Let go of the mundane thoughts,
Stresses,
Anxieties,
Disturbances,
Activities,
Or letting go of all those things that create an energy,
Momentum within oneself that takes you out of this moment.
So by letting go of all our attachments to the future and the past,
We naturally come back to this moment.
Deep breath,
Even within our awareness of this moment and the way that we are breathing in to our bodies,
The awareness of just being receptive to the fullness of breath,
Even within the space of awareness sometimes there is an energy movement within this space that takes us into the future or connects us to the past.
Just to consciously let go of our need to always be somewhere and to naturally embrace this moment,
This moment here without the need to be out there somewhere else.
Deep breath.
It's a wonderful experience to just be mindful,
Not just of the breath,
But of all aspects of awareness.
To be mindful of all the senses that allow for awareness to be tangible and real as an experience that we in this moment can embrace,
But also the more subtle aspects of oneself,
Of one's communication to the space of consciousness,
To the space that is beyond the self.
There are very subtle flows of energy that connects all life,
Connects the ecology of life,
Connects every human being with one another,
All the plants and all the material aspects of life,
As well as the subtle energetic aspects of life connected through this network of consciousness that we become aware of.
On so many dimensions of experience we become aware of consciousness communicating beyond just the senses.
You might be aware of just the space around as a sensation or as a tangible flow of movement,
Not even the movement of wavelengths that create sound within hearing,
But just a vibration,
Not even the movement of light that creates the ability to see physical objects,
But just that vibration.
This vibration is everywhere.
Within communication there is a vibration of consciousness that is constantly in communication with all life,
Including you in this moment.
Everyone connected.
As we let go of our attachments and level of connection to just the mundane world,
As we let that go,
And the vibration of consciousness communicates on so many levels.
You may feel a flutter or joy or bliss within the heart as we open up to this moment and the communication within this moment and embrace this moment from a level of consciousness that our minds are not used to,
From a level of consciousness that goes beyond the experience that we're accustomed to,
That we have become so very used to,
That we think that limited experience that we're used to is the totality of reality.
As we open up to the more subtle levels of communication we recognize ourselves in everything.
The symbiosis of life becomes a mirror,
Like a wonderful mirror that reflects back an awareness that we now can embrace from within the space of consciousness.
It's not that we have to even recognize the tangibility of an experience.
You don't have to touch a tree to know that a tree is in deep communication with all life.
It's part of the symbiosis of life.
We know just with the universal intelligence that is consciousness and the tree is beautiful and it is manifesting an energetic form that is in constant communication to all and everything beyond its physical form.
The tree is present in this moment.
As we move to a deeper connection,
As we embrace a deeper connection within ourselves,
The energy of space becomes much more visible,
Not just to our senses,
But much more visible to the understanding of what this experience,
Presence,
Mindfulness truly means.
The understanding that is a remembrance of this moment,
That is a reaching out for the potential of this moment.
Deep breath.
Letting go.
Deep breath.
If you become aware of any tension or any thoughts or any constricting feelings or limiting paradigms that pop up into the space of consciousness,
Simply be mindful of what is being experienced without judgment,
Without a need to force change or without a need to escape to a place which is better.
Just be mindful that that is just the tip of the iceberg.
Beyond such communication is the foundation of all life,
A level of consciousness that you can touch upon within your experience,
Within your potentiality.
This level of consciousness is something that you understand within this moment.
Not just the energy of the tree,
The energy of all life is communicating to you in this moment as you breathe in and breathe out.
This energy's signature is within the space,
Beyond just the physical space that you may be aware of,
The space of the room that you're sitting and meditating in,
The space of the physical location where you are at at this moment.
Maybe even beyond the physical limitation of Earth,
Maybe you can go deeper into space and recognize that space goes far beyond just this planet,
Within the universal context of experience.
There is a whole galaxy out there,
Perhaps many galaxies,
There is a whole universe that goes far beyond just our planet and the signature of energy that is consciousness is part of our experience right now.
So as we move deeper into stillness,
Into recognition,
Into the remembrance of knowledge,
We move closer to the signature of life.
Every planet communicates vibration that we can perceive even if not aware of such perception through the normal mundane channels of understanding the world.
There are different channels that we can tune into and every planet,
Every aspect of experience is gently communicating within the space of remembrance through the very many channels that you may not even recognize that are within this experience that you are present to here now in this moment.
Deep breath.
Deep breath.
Relaxing,
Constantly coming back to this space of awareness where deep relaxation is your practice.
Whenever noticing or being mindful of any tension,
Simply remove the source of energy that creates such tension by relaxing the body,
By relaxing the mind,
By relaxing the emotional body or nervous system body so that there is no tension,
There is no feeding of such constrictions.
Deep breath.
Letting go.
Letting go of tension,
Letting go of the pattern within your body or within the nervous system that holds on to such tension.
Relaxing the muscles,
Relaxing the body.
Deep breath.
Letting go of constrictions,
Letting go of patterns,
Letting go of constellations within your experience that hold on to this need to be out there somewhere else.
Just coming back here and embracing the fullness of this moment.
Deep breath.
As you let go,
The vibration of all life,
The vibration of all that is this moment which is infinite in its potentiality,
Which is infinite in its space,
Which is so expansive that the limited mind cannot comprehend or understand the enormity of the spaciousness of this moment.
As you come back to the humble presence,
To this point within yourself where you're full of humility.
Because the grandness of experience is so far beyond the control of the mind or the control of those constellations that create a level of perception that we believe to be reality.
As you let go and come back to the multi-dimensionality of this moment,
Then your presence is not in the ego or in the part of the mind that controls the ego or allows for the ego to be in control of your experience.
The other level of trust within your meditational practice,
Within your spiritual practice,
That has a reference in the spaciousness of experience,
In the expansiveness of experience.
Naturally letting go of all constrictions as you come back here to this moment that is infinite in all its potentiality,
In all its multi-dimensionality,
In all its expansion,
In all its wonderful connection and communication to the many many levels of experience that create a sense of awe,
A new beginning,
New learning.
As you let go,
Be aware that the vibration or the signature of consciousness can be recognized in something as beautiful as the sound of the ocean,
Something as beautiful as the pureness of nature,
Something as beautiful as the sound of your breath.
And as you come back to the natural reminders that allow you to expand into this spaciousness,
The vibration of the mantra fills the space with a similar signature,
The vibration of the mantra who creates a spaciousness within consciousness that allows you to recognize yourself within consciousness.
So it's a sacred vehicle,
It's a form,
The vibration beyond sound is a form that allows you to remember that there is more to the experience than just sound,
Than just the vibration of sound.
The mantra is space within space,
Is a manifestation within manifestation that allows you to reflect upon the beauty,
The infinite beauty that is so very complex that cannot be put into simple words,
Cannot be put into,
Drawn onto canvas and seen as a painting and so much more simply melt into the vibration of the sound and what is beyond the sound of the mantra.
As you breathe in and breathe out you may listen to the vibration of the mantra not just within yourself,
But within the planets,
Within the planets,
Not just the planet earth,
Not just all the beautiful aspects of Earth,
The ocean,
The wind,
All the elements that create pureness of nature around us,
But also within the planets there is a vibration or a sound that can be heard when we're open to the vibration of the mantra,
Can be heard,
Can be experienced,
Can be sensed,
Can be connected to.
This vibration is a communication,
Be open today in your practice to the vibration that is beyond just your thoughts,
Just that is beyond,
Beyond mind activity,
The more subtle communication,
Be open to the more subtle communication.
