You you you This next seven weeks are going to be very interesting for many people Just because there is so much happening in the world and it's really important to Come back to the stillness and to give yourself the possibility to just integrate all the experiences and come back to sense of equilibrium so that those experiences whether they be difficult challenging or powerful That those experiences are understood from this deep stillness That you embrace as you come back to this state of equilibrium that is so very wonderful in in in life,
But especially in meditation So just Closing your eyes and sitting in stillness or if you're lying down on your yoga mat just lying down in stillness And there is no need to do anything.
There is just a wonderful perception of being That allows you to come back to the flow As you breathe in and breathe out You're embracing the feminine qualities within you It's a wonderful way to practice spirituality to embrace the feminine within What does it mean to embrace the feminine within?
To embrace the feminine is a very different practice than embracing the Masculine that we have as a culture as a society as humanity evolved understanding The feminine represents spiritual awakening and enlightenment A feminine is very nurturing It's very open to the space the subtle space that is beyond the linear dimension that our minds are so accustomed to The way that we sense reality is usually perceived through what is known as dualism.
So we always have two extremes good and bad this and that The feminine is more about the oneness Awakening enlightenment is more about the one This a nurturing and love is more about the oneness and nurturing and love.
You experience the feminine through your breath,
Experience the feminine connecting to you through your breath,
Through your body,
Through your senses.
These important weeks that we're going to all go through are about coming back to your understanding or the experience of spiritual awakening and spiritual enlightenment.
What is spiritual awakening?
What is spiritual enlightenment?
Spiritual awakening and enlightenment is about embracing the feminine from within the essence of our being.
So this means a whole change,
A whole transformation.
This was spoken about and this was transmitted many thousands of years ago,
But has been suppressed for a very long time because of material needs and wants and greeds that originate from the masculine aspect of ourselves,
Everyone,
Man,
Woman,
People living for the last few thousands of years.
The masculine has been a very strong aspect that has suppressed the feminine.
So spiritual awakening is about reawakening that which has been suppressed within us.
All of us have this genetic makeup that is sometimes more obvious in certain people,
But all of us have this genetic expression where the masculine is suppressing the feminine.
And I don't say this for people to judge the masculine or feminine.
It's part of every human being,
Man,
Woman.
We all have the masculine and feminine,
But it's important to know this because in the next seven to eight weeks,
There is an essential need deep within our bodies,
Deep within our brains,
Deep within our emotional bodies to come back to something that's much more nurturing.
Deep breath.
Deep breath.
Deep breath.
Deep breath.
Relaxing as you breathe in,
Breathe out,
And encouraging the feminine within to connect to your intention.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Intention to come back to your sole purpose or mission here on this beautiful planet that we share with all other human beings.
And to be very clear that as you come back to this sole purpose,
You're carrying within you this feminine energy that will help inspire you to birth the creative and the subtle senses within.
Deep breath.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Relaxing into the flow.
Deep breath.
Reminding yourself and your mind,
Your thoughts within your mind that this is a truly powerful time for the heart to expand into this wonderful sole purpose,
This awareness of why you're here.
Deep breath.
Relaxing as you breathe in and breathe out.
Deep breath.
Relaxing on the out breath.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Relaxing into the flow,
Creating an intention that allows you to trust that this powerful time,
This important and very powerful time,
To come back to love,
To come back to healing,
To come back to the nurturing that happens when you understand yourself,
When you understand your purpose here in the cosmos,
Carries within it a very empowering force,
A strength.
And this force,
This strength will help to elevate you beyond the tensions and the difficulties that the mind creates when struggling within itself with the masculine,
The masculine that tends to pull the energies away from the flow into thinking,
Into action,
Into activity.
You breathe in and breathe out,
You just want to come back to the flow,
Relax and let go.
So the activity of the mind,
The activity of the body,
The activity of the way that you feel about yourself or other things around you,
That becomes less and less important.
It's almost as if you fall into a deep and relaxed state of just being present to the flow.
Deep breath.
As you connect to the flow in this way,
Remember you are being guided.
As you let go,
You're being guided by your soul purpose.
So your essence,
The very core of your being is communicating to you in a very subtle way.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Letting go,
Letting go into the flow.
Deep breath,
Relaxing into the flow.
Creating a clear and powerful intention to come back to love,
To come back to healing,
To come back to the nurture within love,
The nurture within healing.
To be more aware,
To be more open,
To be more receptive to the message that's coming through the subtle senses and communicating itself through the positivity,
Through the light that you embrace as you come back to your heart.
Deep breath.
Letting go into the flow takes time,
It takes trust.
There's no need to do anything.
You're being guided in a very subtle way.
You're being guided back home,
Back home to this part of yourself that is the very essence of your being.
The power of love is incredibly healing.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Letting go into the flow.
Letting go.
Letting go.
Letting go.
Being open and receptive to receiving the important subtle signs and the important subtle messages that come to you as you relax into stillness.
Breathing in open and receptive,
Breathing out,
Letting go,
Relaxing into the flow.
Letting go.
Letting go.
Letting go.
You relax into the beautiful flow of vibration that is all around,
Vibration of the cosmos,
The vibration of the universe.
The deep essence within you will realize that there is no time,
There is no space.
There is just a flow.
Everything happens in the now,
In the flow of the now.
There is no past,
There is no future.
Everything is just a moment of oneness.
Deep breath.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Every beautiful moment becomes an eternal reminder of the wonderful love,
The wonderful sense of nurturing and healing that the universe is shining within the very core of our being.
Even though this is hard to understand,
Allow yourself,
Allow the flow within yourself to be present to this moment.
Let go of the past,
Let go of the future and come closer to understanding and feeling and sensing the truth within this moment.
It's a letting go process as a wonderful Buddhist once explained,
The present moment is the only moment that we have and it truly is the portal to all other moments.
To come back to the moment is a very feminine sense of open receptivity to the flow that is in everything,
A very feminine perspective.

Relaxing as you breathe out,
Relaxing into the flow.
Relaxing as you breathe out,
Relaxing into the flow.
Relaxing as you breathe out,
Relaxing into the flow.
Relaxing as you breathe out,
Relaxing into the flow.

Relaxing and letting go into the flow.
Relaxing as you breathe out,
Relaxing into the flow.
Deep breath.
As you become aware of the subtle messages,
The subtle signs that are communicating to you what it means to be in a state of love,
In a state of oneness,
Apply this to all aspects of your life.
If you notice a pattern or a repeated pattern of events or situations that are happening around you that may be challenging to your feelings or to your thoughts,
Things are complex,
Situations are stressing you or creating tension within you.
Don't worry about how to fix it.
Just acknowledge the experience as it is,
Become aware of it as it is and practice love and compassion towards yourself and whatever it is that you're perceiving.
This is the feminine way of healing,
To come back to love and compassion no matter what your experience might be.
And a very good way of doing this is just breathing,
Relaxing,
Letting go,
Letting go into the flow that is so very connected to this moment.
It's a very powerful time to put this intention into practice.

You may wish to continue in stillness for a few more moments.
