In meditation,
You can connect to archetypal energies,
And in sleep,
You can connect in your dreams,
You can connect archetypal energies.
Remember,
Archetypes are there to remind you of the way,
So they help you step by step throughout your experience.
The major problem is that we don't take time to connect to the subtle energies that are revealed through the archetype,
So very often we don't really understand anything,
Except that the dream or the experience is very powerful.
Remember that archetypes facilitate the sense of connectedness to the whole of our human experience,
Not just here on this earthly dimension,
But also on other dimensions that we become aware of once we are in communication with those archetypes.
Now we move on to the meditation.
This is a step-by-step meditation that focuses on exploring and integrating the archetypal energies within our experience of meditation.
Take a moment to breathe deeply into the abdomen,
All the way down into the abdomen.
Deep breath in,
Hold the breath,
And then extend the out-breath,
Letting go,
Releasing.
Deep breath in,
Hold the breath,
And then breathe out,
Letting go.
With your eyes closed,
Just sense the beautiful light,
The luminous light,
Within all of space and time around you.
So the whole of space and time creation,
Luminous.
And sense this light through your third eye,
Through your eyes.
Just breathe in this light in a serene and quiet way,
Creating this atmosphere within,
Sacredness,
A beautiful sanctuary that nurtures you.
Take time,
But it's very important that you're intentional and sense this luminosity of the creative process that's life connect to you in a serene,
Gentle,
Soft and quiet way.
Deep breath in,
Hold the breath,
Breathe out.
Let go of any thoughts or any distracting feelings,
Sensations that may be in the background.
Connecting to the serene atmosphere that your breath brings you back to.
Within this serenity,
This beautiful sanctuary that you're creating,
This beautiful,
Nurturing connection that you're cultivating,
Within this wonderful moment,
Reflect briefly on your intention for this meditation.
And set an intention.
Now,
The intention is heartfelt.
It's not an intellectual dialogue with the world.
It's much more the heart saying,
I'm open to find balance.
I'm open to gain insight,
To connect with a specific archetype.
Be guided.
It's easy to get distracted by the mind.
Remember,
The mind is very much the activity of thinking.
Now,
There is no need to struggle with your thoughts.
There is no need to even negate,
Suppress your thoughts.
All you have to do is focus on grounding your intention in the present moment.
And this is easily done when you take deep,
Slow breaths.
So as you breathe in through your nose,
All the way down into your abdomen.
Belly expanding,
Then lungs expanding,
And then holding the breath.
And then exhaling slowly,
All the way from deep within the belly,
All the way from the top of your chest.
So you're breathing out completely,
And relaxing with the flow of your breath.
And all of a sudden,
It's easier to be present,
And aware,
And connected.
It's this flow that creates within a sacred space.
Visualize this sacred space.
Imagine yourself in this beautiful,
Sacred garden.
A place that invites you to explore beauty.
To explore the magic that is very much in the here and now.
Maybe in the garden there is a beautiful temple that feels inviting.
That is very much a symbol of transformation.
Now within this sacred space,
You have the ability to invite the archetypes to communicate to you.
Ones that are in alignment with the energy of who you are in this moment.
And that energy within that is being guided through transformation.
So you may want to invite those archetypes that,
In a heartfelt way,
You wish to connect to.
It could be the warrior,
The healer,
The sage.
Take time.
Remember,
The communication is intuitive.
So if the mind is seeking to attach itself to an archetype,
Take a deep breath.
And simply guide yourself to feel the presence of the archetype within.
And engage in an intuitive dialogue with the archetype.
And you can begin as soon as there is that deep feeling.
This is my connection to the archetype.
This is my intuitive invitation to connect,
To communicate.
And it's important that you reveal yourself to the archetype so that there is a space that helps you to listen to that which is being revealed.
Through the subtle senses or inner senses.
Listen to the response that now is unveiling itself deep,
Deep within.
Everything flows.
The way that you communicate is a part of this flow.
Now ask,
What are the messages or insights that the archetypal energy within is opening up to?
What is being revealed?
And know that the communication happens over time.
So don't struggle with the mind's goal-orientated perspective of always knowing everything before it even happens.
Allow for the archetypal symbols to slowly,
Slowly communicate to you in this very intuitive,
Gentle way.
Now you may wish to not only wait for an obvious communication,
But to go deeper if there is no communication that is obvious to you.
To go a little bit deeper and reflect and meditate and contemplate on certain archetypal qualities that are important for you,
That then can be integrated into your spiritual practice and your everyday life.
For example,
The warrior's strength,
The healer's compassion.
And see how this can manifest in your daily actions,
But also in your attitude.
For example,
One very important archetype is the wise old man or the wise old woman.
How can this archetypal symbol deep within communicate to you inner wisdom and alignment to such within you?
Archetypes are amazingly powerful in the way that they help you identify patterns.
Archetypal symbols activated within as a part of the learning experience can reveal to you the underlying pattern in your thinking process,
Or in your feeling process,
In the way that you respond emotionally to different situations,
In the way that you connect to yourself and to the world.
And very often,
In beautiful but mysterious way,
The archetypal symbol not only reveals to you certain patterns that are a part of your psyche and a part of the way that you are,
But also helps you by illuminating areas that are in need of change or healing.
For example,
If you feel or think or imagine that the world is a place that is difficult and that's always preventing you,
The energies of the world and people and situations that you are facing,
That energy is always preventing you from being the joy and happiness that is very much a part of being alive and appreciating and celebrating aliveness.
Deep breath in,
Hold the breath,
And then breathe out.
Take time.
Here is a space within this meditation where you can give yourself time to just be still,
Open and receptive.
Without expectations,
Without judgment,
Just being open and receptive.
Then,
When ready,
Spend a few moments reflecting on the healing and the change that has been illuminated through the archetypal symbols.
This simply is a state of presence,
But also it's a state where you're communicating with part of yourself that's difficult to put into words.
This is where journaling is very,
Very important.
So you're not writing down anything that is similar to a dialogue that the mind is perhaps lost in,
But much more the deep insights,
The messages,
The feeling that perhaps arose during your meditation,
The subtle,
Intuitive communication.
And as you begin to journal,
Even if you don't remember anything,
You'll be surprised.
All of a sudden,
You'll be writing something that reveals to you that the depth of your meditation is much more profound than that awareness that the mind is connected to.
Now,
If it's difficult to journal,
Then bring gratitude,
The energy of gratitude,
Into your journaling.
Mentally and energetically thank the archetypes for their guidance and their wisdom and their connection and their presence.
Acknowledge that your own inner strength and sense of self-realization is very much supported on this journey of awakening,
Supported by these wonderful,
Powerful energies deep within that connects us not just to ourselves,
But to the collective,
To humanity.
And this is especially important because once we create this unified field of awareness and consciousness,
Where we are in connection to one another through patience and openness,
Being patient with the process is very important,
Then we begin to realize that not only is there a connection to all and everything here on this earthly dimension,
But slowly,
Slowly this sense of unity helps us to transcend and to gain deeper insights from within the tapestry that is the cosmos.
Not only from archetypal symbols,
But now as we deepen our relationship with the collective,
We begin to recognize that deep within the heavenly dimensions,
There is a way to be supported,
To be guided,
That now is set in motion.
You may wish to continue in stillness for a little bit longer.
And when ready,
Gently opening your eyes,
Stretching,
Just appreciating this beautiful gift that you have now opened yourself to.
May your practice continue to help you gain deeper insights into the very core of your being,
And through these insights,
Understand how you are supported to journey throughout your life with a sense of wisdom that brings about healing,
A sense of joy,
A sense of happiness,
And a sense of meaningfulness in your everyday life.
