Full moons are very often about clearing,

Purifying,

Letting go,

And actually for many of us that is perhaps the most difficult thing to do during the full moon because at the same time the vibrant and intense energy of the full moon can create this activity within our thinking process or feeling process that we term as intense or overwhelming.

But in the end everything happens for a very good reason.

We're only beginning to understand how synchronistic and how important these rhythms within the cosmos are for us as human beings,

For every little cell in our bodies.

The multidimensionality of the cosmos means we're exposed to many cycles that we're aware of and that science is only beginning to discover at this moment and understand as a vital aspect of being alive.

This means that during the full moon,

And our ancestors understood this very very well,

We have the possibility of thinning the veil and moving beyond the old that we can purify and let go of,

Let that go and open to a new beginning.

I sense,

And maybe you do too,

That there is change in the air.

I am grateful because you've consciously chosen to be here,

Present,

To part of yourself that is very often ignored or even set aside as hocus pocus in everyday situations that many of us have to live through.

To give yourself this gift of celebration is also a way of listening to what is important and discerning,

Letting go of that which is not important so that you can create space for the new.

It's a wonderful thing to put into practice,

To clear the space.

It allows you to reconnect to the deeper aspect of your mind and the energy of your heart.

Deep breath,

When ready,

Bringing the palms of your hands to the heart area,

Resting them on your heart area and repeating thank you,

Thanking your whole being for its presence to the wonderful space of celebration.
