Just coming back to stillness,

Relaxing the body,

Taking a few moments to center within this deep still space,

Deep within,

Beyond thoughts,

Beyond feelings,

There is this stillness.

Take time to connect to this stillness.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Make sure that the way that you breathe comes from this reference of stillness,

So your breath is relaxed.

If you notice any tension in the way that you're breathing,

If you notice tension in the shoulders,

If you notice tension in the face,

Any part of your body,

Just keep coming back to this state of stillness within,

So still the mind,

Still the agitation within the mind or within the emotional body,

Just naturally come back to this stillness.

Stillness is a type of receptivity,

So as you become more still,

You become more open and receptive to the energies that are all around you,

All within you.

Deep breath,

Relaxing into stillness.

Breathing in.

Deep breath into the abdomen,

Breathing out,

Extending the duration of the out-breath as you relax and let go into this beautiful sense of being,

Being aware,

Being present,

Being connected and in alignment to the flow.

As you breathe in and breathe out.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

It may be useful to place the palms of your hands on your body and just gently become aware of the sensation of the breath as it flows through your body.

And as you become aware,

As you become aware of the physical structure of your body but also the communication within the physical body,

The temple,

Then you can allow this body to continue evolving through your awareness,

To continue evolving to this higher state of being.

This means letting go of tension,

Letting go of stress,

Letting go of anxiety so that the body comes back to its natural state of equilibrium and elevates to this beautiful luminous structure that its original nature reflects back within you.

The original nature of your body is a state of equilibrium.

This gets reflected back into all parts of your being that activates healing,

That activates a natural flow,

That activates the sense of stillness and this sense of well-being.

Deep breath.

Coming back to the stillness.

Deep breath,

Relaxing into the stillness,

Allowing the mind to just continue letting go,

Letting go of thoughts,

Letting go of worries,

Letting go of stresses,

Even if you find your mind falling back into the same old habit,

Worrying,

Stressing,

Just observe with awareness from a still point within and allow for a state of detachment.

Deep breath,

Relaxing,

Relaxing back into the stillness.

Deep breath,

Relaxing,

Relaxing back into the stillness,

Allowing the mind to just continue letting go,

Letting go of worries,

Letting go of stress,

Letting go of worries,

Letting go of stress,

Letting go of worries,

Letting go of fear,

Letting go of stress,

Letting you you you you you it's wonderful to come back to stillness and very necessary in today's world of activity,

Confusion,

Stress and anxiety.

So even if this practice of stillness is difficult,

If it's difficult for the mind to settle into stillness or if it's difficult for the emotional body to relax back into stillness,

Continue practicing this meditation.

It's not only healthy and good for your physical body but it's also very important for your deep sense of well-being.

Your heart,

Your essence,

Your soul requires stillness.

So when you prioritize this stillness as part of the practice,

Your meditational practice,

Your spiritual practice,

Slowly slowly you're guided by this state of equilibrium that comes from stillness.

Today in your everyday type situations just look at coming back to stillness when the mind wants to control the situation or wants to be there as number one and control or communicate about the situation to yourself as internal thoughts as the script in the background or to others as just a person in a constellation.

Just observe from stillness what it means to continue to come back to this state of mind where you're more open and receptive to being guided.

Deep breath as you let go into stillness.

You you you you may wish to take a few more moments to continue with the meditation to embrace the integration of this meditation within all aspects of yourself your thoughts your feelings your body the environment around you just reflect upon the energy of stillness connect to stillness as this process of integration allows you to be still and come back to this natural state of well-being thank you you

If you are looking for a meditation with plenty of silence and little guidance; this one fits that description. The music at the beginning doesn't continue. The silence is silent! Great meditation
