Alpha And Omega

This is a literal tone poem, that is a set of morphing and cyclical tones (with only a variation of a semitone) but bracketed by two actual poems. The poems, Alpha and Omega, are from my forthcoming book of short stories, Soulwaves: Insertions. This track is also the seed and ambient foundation for the first track of my next album of ambient music, Insertions, inspired by the book of the same name.

I’m not sure how to describe it, but it’s almost as if the sound enters your brain, captures your attention, leads it around in your head, almost enticing your attention to follow, thereby calming it.

I thought this was great! The music really set the tone for deep thought and introspection, which has been where all your talks and meditations lead us! For those that didn’t have the same experience, it helps if you’ve listened to the other meditations, talks and tracks in the series in order to make the connection.
