Hello and welcome.
I invite you in to take a moment to pause.
Whatever you've been doing and just let yourself stop.
For these next few minutes.
And I invite you to take a comfortable breath in.
And slowly let that go.
And again,
And inhale just like that.
Gentle exhale or sigh.
You don't need to fix anything right now.
You don't need to figure anything out.
Just give yourself these few moments.
To come back to yourself.
And feel your body.
Notice where you're being supported.
The pressure of your feet on the ground.
The terror beneath you.
The surface beneath your body.
For a moment.
Simply receive that support.
And now just notice your breath.
There's no need to change it.
Just feel the inhale.
And the exhale.
And as you breathe out,
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Let your jaw soften.
Your hands soften.
Feel your feet.
Feel your body.
Feel the support.
Beneath you.
And silently say to yourself,
I I'm here.
And again.
I am here.
And now I invite you to bring your attention to something you appreciate.
In this moment.
It doesn't need to be something big.
Maybe it's simply your breath.
A person you love.
A place that feels comforting to you.
Maybe it's your favorite drink.
Your coffee or a warm cup of tea.
The light around you.
A moment of quiet.
Or simply the fact that you're here.
Just let yourself notice it.
Really notice it.
And rather than trying to make gratitude happen,
See if you can simply receive the appreciation that's already here.
And maybe you feel something in your body.
Feeling of warmth.
Or softness.
Or in this moment,
A sense of ease.
Maybe you can feel your mouth starting to curl as a gentle smile is coming on your face.
Or maybe it's nothing obvious at all.
Whatever arises,
Whatever is here.
Let it be enough.
And silently say,
Thank you.
Now I invite you to bring your awareness back to your body.
Feel your feet.
Feel your breath.
Feel the support beneath you.
And remember.
You don't have to wait until everything feels settled to come back to yourself.
You can pause here.
You can breathe here.
You can notice what is here.
And maybe gently ask yourself,
What do I need in this moment?
And there's no need to force an answer,
Just notice what comes.
I invite you to take one deeper breath in.
And a slow breath out.
Feel your feet.
Feel your body.
And when you're ready,
Bring your attention back.
To whatever's next.
And I invite you to take this sense of presence with you.
Back into your day.
You are here.
And this moment is here.
And when you're ready,
Can gently return to your day.
Thank you so much for joining me.
For this.
Gentle,
Simple practice.
I hope it serves you.
You can come back to it again and again.
And I really appreciate you joining me.
Namaste.
