I hope that you're safe and if I can get you to lie down,
Get settled into your space,
Do whatever you have to do,
Shake your head side to side,
Shimmy your akole in place,
Maybe shove down your shoulders so it presses down on the couch or bed or wherever you're lying down on.
Now with your eyes open,
I want you to focus at any point that's not moving and I want you to take a deep inhale through your nose for one,
Two,
Three,
Hold it in and exhale through your mouth for one,
Two,
Three.
Go ahead and inhale again.
One,
Two,
Three,
Hold it and then exhale.
One,
Two,
Three.
Let's try this one more time.
The deepest inhale you took today.
Inhaling,
Holding it in and exhale.
Let the day go.
Okay,
Now I want you to return to just like a normal breathing cycle with your lips closed and you can go ahead and close your eyes.
Just focus on inhaling slowly and then exhaling through your nose slowly.
I want you to feel your body melting down into whatever you're lying down on.
I want you to think about what your intention for this session is today.
Maybe you're looking for release,
Maybe some physical or emotional relief,
Maybe you're looking for balance,
Maybe more love for yourself,
Maybe it's all those things and that's okay.
I want you to inhale your intention now,
Bringing it to life and then exhaling it out,
Putting it into action.
If ever you find yourself distracted during this meditation,
Just come back to your intention.
Now I want you to focus or visualize your feet.
Visualize your feet standing on the ground.
You start to realize that you can settle in your toes into the ground and you feel sand in between your toes.
It feels warm.
You look up and you visualize that you are at your favorite beach.
Maybe it's a beach in Hawaii or maybe it's a beach somewhere far away.
You look up at the sky and depending on whatever you're feeling,
Maybe the sun is out,
Providing warmth or maybe the sun is setting and the sky is starting to turn purple and blue or orange.
You can hear the waves crashing toward the shore.
You realize that you're alone at this beach but you don't feel alone.
You start to make your way toward the shore,
Feeling your feet just settle into the sand and you realize that this beach is not the same beach that you've been to.
This beach is different.
You notice that the particles of sand underneath your feet feel different.
You notice that the water's color and depth is different.
You notice that the sky is a different color.
Even the wind and the smell of the ocean is different.
Then you start to realize that you are also different and you are not the same and that is okay.
You make your way to the shore and dip your toes into the water and it either feels warm and inviting or maybe it feels cool and refreshing.
You walk in starting to feel the water come up your ankles and as you go deeper into the water you think of your intention again.
When you dive into the water you'll be putting your intention into action so you dive headfirst.
You feel the water surround and cover every inch of your body.
It feels like it's purifying you and cleansing you and washing away any stress or worries or pain that you may be feeling.
As you come up to the surface and your head emerges you feel new and you wonder why you don't go to the beach more often.
As you settle into the water you lay back and float feeling the ocean support you and surround you.
You are protected.
You are safe.
And then almost as if you can see yourself floating from above you see yourself floating in the ocean alone.
This big fast ocean.
And you feel comforted by the water that's surrounding you.
If you find yourself getting distracted during this session just come back to this imagery and use the water as protection and as a cleansing energy.
Let's take another deep inhale and exhale.
You you you you you you you you you you you if you find yourself getting distracted just come back to your intention and take a deep inhale hold it and exhale it out you you you you you you you right now I want you to think back to your intention that you made in the beginning of this session do you feel more relaxed do you feel relief do you feel more love do you feel all the things I want you to imagine an orb floating above your head of your most favorite color imagine that it's so bright and radiant and it starts to float down your body kind of providing a protective shield around you it covers your head your eyes your nose your mouth all the way down past your pelvic area your legs the soles of your feet to your toes you are protected and you are always guided you are supported and you are loved now I want you to start wiggling your toes wiggling your fingers maybe rolling out your wrist pointing and flexing your feet maybe doing a couple of neck rolls whatever to wake your body up and as you take another deep inhale and exhale it out you can start to open your eyes thank you again for letting me do this session for you you you
