She considers yoga to be a big part of her self-improvement journey and always loves to show others how even small practices can make a big difference in our everyday lives. Working in the Supply Chain industry, Tina knows the demand of technology and repetitive movements on our bodies can take its toll. Her practices focus on opening up our bodies and minds with a little bit of breath and humor to move us through stress.
