Find a comfortable seat.

We are going to experience a heart expansion meditation.

So we can bring ourselves into our fullest expression of heart coherence.

So settle yourself.

Find a quiet space.

And take a seat with intention and purpose.

Extending your spine.

Lengthening the back of your neck.

Let the belly soften.

As we start to close down our eyes and prepare ourselves.

By shutting out any external distractions.

Packing away the world outside.

So we can journey inwards.

And bring ourselves out of our heads and back home to our hearts.

So as you settle and land take a big breath in through your nose.

And a big breath out.

Letting it out the mouth with a sigh.

And you want to do this a couple more times.

Breathing in to fill all the way up the entire belly,

Ribs,

Chest.

And holding it at the top of the collar bones.

Hold.

And exhale.

Slowly empty it out.

That's right.

Inhale,

Breathe,

Fill up.

Fill up all the way to the top.

Hold.

Hold.

And empty it out.

Empty,

Empty.

Softening all the way to the bottom of the exhale.

One more breath in like this.

Breathe in,

Fill up.

Breathe in like the way you want to receive the universe today.

And hold it at the top.

And then exhale.

Breathe out the way that you want to show up.

Letting it all go.

And then let your breath find its natural rhythm.

It has its own breath of life force.

Let the rhythm find its way.

As you consciously breathe,

We are signifying to our nervous system that we are very safe.

We are safe to be here now.

That there are no threats.

Nothing to worry about.

Let go of worry.

Nothing to plan.

No mental activity required.

We are safe.

And I want you to feel this subtle vibration around your skin.

This sensation of emerging of bodies.

Of a physical body with a subtle body.

As you imagine yourself within a hologram.

Where you create ripples in the field with your own energy.

And you are constantly communing and talking to the infinite field of consciousness.

With your own vibration.

And so what we do now is we take two fingers to the center of our chest.

And feel this tactile touch of your fingertips with your heart.

Feel that we are pointing now to where the energy is created.

That you are directing your attention to the power zone.

To your power zone.

And start to breathe into your fingertips and feel the pulse of creation itself.

Feel the pulse of the universe working through you and around you.

And straight away we sense a connection.

Like a golden thread.

This touch signifying something deeper about us.

This touch representing the home of our soul.

And the part of us that communes with the infinite.

And now I want you to bring to mind a memory or a person or an event.

Which creates feelings of gratitude,

Compassion,

Care and joy.

Pick one of those.

Gratitude,

Compassion,

Care and joy.

And can you see it in your mind's eye,

An image or a vision?

Like a movie screen of something that evokes and cultivates this feeling state.

And is it as simple as the first cup of coffee of the day?

Or perhaps the softness of the skin of your child's cheek?

Or could it be the inspiration to create a new project?

Or maybe you just wake up feeling healthy and that's enough.

Bring this to mind and start to embody it.

Start to let it spread through your body.

Let it move down your torso to your pelvis.

To your hips,

Your thighs.

Your legs,

Your feet.

As you breathe in and inhale let it spread up through your windpipe,

Through your neck.

Your spine,

Your skull.

Let it move across your face.

So that your whole body is bathed in this feeling state.

In this high vibrational feeling which is coming from your heart.

And telling the rest of yourselves how to behave.

Let it move you.

And it builds and builds until it cannot be contained inside of your body anymore.

And you let it free.

You set it free to fill up the room.

To lift up and out of your body and move up.

Move up and out.

So you can sense your subtle body completely free.

And now you notice that a force field of light like a huge halo is encircling you.

And through this force field there's nothing that can penetrate it.

That can make you unsafe.

No illness,

No injury,

No bacteria and no virus.

You are utterly protected by your vibration.

You notice this force field,

This circle around you is gold in color.

And as you inhale the gold glitters.

It's bold.

It shines,

It reflects.

It's emblazoned with your energetic signature.

And you feel completely grace-filled.

And now if you lower your hand and join your thumb and forefingers together now.

And feel this circuit of energy.

And a sense that you can anchor this force field now into your body,

Into your bones.

Feel it inside of you.

Ground it down to the earth.

Take a big breath in.

And a big breath out.

Landing yourself ever so gently back in your seat.

As you set the intention to lead the rest of your day with your heart forward.

Allowing your heart's coherence to create the energetic blueprint of you as you move through the day.

And you can either stay here in silence for a little longer.

And bring your hands together in Anjali Mudra prayer position at your heart.

And bow your head to your heart.

This is the correct order of things.
