Welcome to this multi-part meditation series,

Reconnect with Yourself,

Plant guided journeys through the sephira of the Kabbalah.

Spider-Plan and I,

Tigreya Gardeña,

Are delighted to guide you on this journey.

Each journey will open you to unexpected sensations and capabilities contained within one sephira of the Tree of Life.

Whether you are a long-time Kabbalist or hearing about this for the first time,

With Spider-Plan's expert musical direction,

You are sure to travel deep into your being.

Have writing and coloring materials close by to capture what comes to you at the end.

Plants use a variety of languages to communicate,

Including images,

Smells,

And sensations.

Capture everything,

Even if it seems to not be related.

The messages will become clear over time.

Kabbalah provides a way of perceiving how the universe works and what affects your ability to make free will decisions.

Each sephira offers a window into your own psychological and archetypal makeup across lifetimes.

And with the assistance of plants,

You can see through the illusion of conditioning,

Limiting beliefs,

And fear.

Although you may not recognize all the plants in this meditation,

Trust that Spider-Plant's music is bringing up their essence.

During this practice,

We will connect with Netzach,

The beauty of nature.

As the seventh emanation on the tree,

Netzach takes us through feelings and powers that stimulate creativity.

Let's begin our journey.

I invite you to sit comfortably and shift your focus to the music.

This music is being composed by Spider-Plant specifically to journey into Netzach.

Close your eyes.

Start taking some nice deep breaths in through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

Nice and slow.

Become aware of your body,

How your arms and legs are positioned.

Feel your head and neck supported,

Allowing you to easily focus on how your breath travels in through your nose,

Down to your diaphragm,

And then back out your mouth.

Smooth movements in and out.

Slow down your breath even farther,

Taking four beats in through your nose,

Pulling it down from the diaphragm.

Hold for one beat,

Then four beats out,

Slow and controlled from your mouth.

Hold for one.

Four beats in,

Hold for one.

Four beats out,

Hold for one.

Repeat this process nice and slow,

Transforming your energy and creating connections.

Your oxygen means more energy,

As if you were exercising your lungs.

With this energy,

You feel the vital functions of your body align.

All the processes that work in cycles,

Relaxing into this rhythm.

Before you appears an apple tree with beautiful,

Big,

Juicy apples.

You move towards the tree,

Instinctively admiring the deep green leaves as much as you can.

How is it that you hadn't noticed before just how beautiful an apple tree is?

Feel the desire to connect with this fruit tree,

To be near Ki.

A scent of red sandalwood spins you around,

Almost dizzily.

You twirl and dance from the euphoric feeling until your body gives,

And you end up laughing on the grass.

You look up,

Seeing your thoughts project out as thought forms outside and inside yourself.

Take in what they are showing you.

Near you,

There is a bush of red roses.

Petals of blooms lay strewn below thorny branches.

You gather these petals along with twigs and fruit from the apple and begin composing a nature mandala,

A vision of creative,

Triumphant beauty,

Pulling in the etheric substances that surround you.

With your artwork complete,

You stand back to admire what you've created with the forces,

Instinctive,

Raw expressiveness,

Emotions in action.

You step back to the apple tree and with permission,

Take a piece of fruit.

As you bite into it,

You bring in everything you have experienced here with netzach,

Swallowing it into your body.

You are back in your body,

In your body,

Yet changed.

A new understanding taking shape of the essential form of the natural world.

When you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Take your writing materials,

And capture everything that has come to you during this practice.

Doodles,

Movement,

Smells,

Fragments of thoughts,

These can all be ways the plants help bring into the physical world what you've perceived.

Let it flow from you directly with no filter.

In time,

With the help of plant friends,

The meanings will start to take shape.

Thank you for your presence.

SpiderPlan and I,

Tigiriya Gardenia,

Look forward to meeting again soon for another journey to reconnect with yourself.
