Let's drop into reality for a moment.
Just be here with me.
As we come back to reality,
We can watch all the thoughts fade away.
Whatever we're thinking about simply isn't relevant for this moment.
Can we acknowledge that all the emotional disturbances,
The resentment,
The fear,
The
Worry,
The stress,
The anxiety,
It's all responding to stories believed in.
Thoughts strung together in the most adorably insane sort of way.
And none of it's actually happening right now.
So let's come back to reality.
Come home.
And we come to terms with the truth that life isn't supposed to be how we want it to be.
Life is supposed to be life so that life can be life.
And maybe we can recognize that it's not life that is the problem.
The difficulty is going to war with life.
The difficulty is trying to control what is not yours to control,
Holding on to what
Is not yours to hold on to.
So let's come back to ourselves and see that we are whole and complete.
