We are going to release every ounce of worry.
Hold on,
Relax.
This isn't hard at all.
We don't have to try.
We're simply going to come home.
Notice that whatever the worry might be,
It has nothing to do with right now.
Just notice that all of the worry is swimming around in the mind,
Thinking about the past,
Thinking about the future.
Can we just admit that we don't know,
And also recognize our whole life we never really knew.
That somehow,
Someway,
It has worked out and here we are right now.
So let's just acknowledge that we don't know,
And that is okay.
Breathe into this moment.
Feel the aliveness of the breath.
Feel it touch every part of what you are.
In this very moment,
There is nothing to worry about.
So just be here with me,
Right now.
Do you see the profound difference between the life that is real,
This moment which is always this moment,
And then the life we only imagine to be happening?
This moment is your real home.
