Can I tell you something that's for my own life,
And I'm not telling you how to live your life,
But related to my capacity to do what I do,
That I continually learn more and more?
Here's what I'm recognizing.
The more I am in alignment with the reality of life,
The greater my capacity to show up and do what God has asked me to do,
As one way of saying it.
And what do I mean to be in alignment with life?
It's not even a spiritual thing.
Put it this way.
The closer I am to nature.
And the natural design of my biology,
The greater my capacity to express myself in human form.
Do you see how that is to be in alignment with the truth of life?
I'm in this playfully perpetual cycle where I am relearning the same lesson over and over again.
And that lesson is this.
If I put in my body that which is not from nature,
It decreases my capacity to function.
And the longer I go on putting in my body that which does not come from nature,
My capacity becomes less and less and less to the point where it feels like I can't even function as a human being.
The more I.
.
.
The less I can function.
And I'm not talking on a minor scale,
But I'm talking on a major scale.
And the more I only put in my body that which only comes from nature,
The more it dramatically increases my capacity.
My capacity in how I feel in my body,
The energy that I have.
How easy I wake up,
How easy I go to sleep,
My mental clarity and acuity.
My ability to focus.
And even just saying this pales in comparison to the reality of my experience.
And when I get off track,
It takes me roughly three to four weeks to come back online.
For my mind to heal after a weekend or some weeks of regularly putting food-like products,
Not real food,
In my body.
It takes me three to four weeks to.
.
.
Recover.
To a reasonable degree.
And even 90 days to fully recover.
And I can say.
.
.
That's just my experience.
I don't know what your experience is,
But I have a sneaking suspicion that it's similar.
And furthermore,
I can't believe it took me 45 years.
To figure this out.
And I was raised on.
A consistent diet of food-like products.
And it presented so many mental struggles and internal struggles.
And health struggles that I was completely unaware of.
Many of which the world said it had a solution for,
Which only made the problem worse.
It's funny,
The world's solution wasn't coming back into an alignment with nature,
By the way.
That would be too easy.
But it's amazing,
You know,
To think back and see how much I struggled,
Like in school,
How much I struggled in my attitude.
And it's the same sort of struggles into adulthood,
But the pattern was the same where I was completely disconnected from nature as it related to what I put into the miracle of my biology.
Which is one with nature.
Isn't that amazing about nature?
Like nature provides.
Exactly what the miracle of your biology needs.
And we as human beings says,
We can do it better than that and make money.
We can make it look like food and we can.
Do these special scientific research projects to stimulate areas of your brain that make you think you like it.
Is wild.
Gosh,
There's so much I have to say.
Playfully and without judgment about the way that the world operates.
That is so divorced.
From the miracle of what you are as something that is deeply integrated with nature.
It's wild to me.
And I love that it's wild because it invites me to turn away from the world in the sense that says,
Hey,
I'm not playing this game.
Cause I've played it and I've seen the consequences of it in my own lived experience and it's not working.
So I'm not going to play.
Even though it sucks me back in sometimes.
Oh,
You got me.
And you know what's funny,
Is there was a time in my life where it didn't have as big of an impact on me,
But I'm leaning towards it did have an impact.
I just wasn't sensitive enough to recognize it.
