The Throat Chakra, or Vishuddha, is located in the throat area and is associated with the color blue. It governs communication, self-expression, and truth. This chakra is the center of our ability to speak our truth and express our thoughts clearly and effectively.

Allow yourself to relax, ideally with your eyes closed (alpha brain waves). Let go of the words and let them float into your subconscious mind. Release all effort. Release all trying.
