This chakra, located about 12 inches (30cm) below the feet, is a powerful energy center deeply connected to the Earth and our physical existence. Unlike the traditional 7 chakras along the spine, the Earth Star Chakra is often considered part of the etheric body and is important for grounding and anchoring spiritual energies into the physical plane. It embodies our connection to the Earth, stability, and a sense of belonging. It acts as a bridge between our physical presence and the Earth's energy, facilitating the flow of nurturing and stabilizing energy upwards through the body.
