I am releasing any and all addiction to the familiar I am embracing new ways of being even in uncertainty I am rooted and grounded in the present moment I am fully present in my body connected to the here and now I am embracing the sensations of my body and honouring its wisdom I am centred and anchored in the energy of the earth I am releasing any tension or discomfort and allowing my body to relax I am in harmony with the natural rhythms of my body I am deeply connected to the sensations of my breath grounding me in the present I am aware of the sensations of my feet on the ground firmly rooted to the earth I am allowing my body to be a vessel of love,
