Welcome to the Potency of Prana Guided Breathwork Session.

This will be an energizing session where we'll be practicing two different breath speeds.

The first will be a 2-2 rhythm,

The second will be a 1-1 rhythm.

This breath will be done in the nose and out the mouth.

We will do three rounds total.

This session will be fine to do either seated or lying down.

So make yourself comfortable as we get ready to start off with the 2-2 rhythm.

Close down your eyes,

Relax your shoulders,

Settle in,

And let's begin.

Take a breath in,

Release,

3,

2,

1,

In,

2,

Out,

2,

In,

2,

Out,

2,

Here we go.

With each breath,

Your body fills with more and more prana,

So just let it flow and let it build,

And letting go with a sigh,

Right into your first breath hold.

Check in with your body,

See if you can release any habitual tension you may be holding onto,

And just sink in,

Just a little longer here.

Okay,

Let's take a deep breath in,

Hold it at the top,

Feel the energy build as you hold your breath a little longer here.

Now let it all go.

Getting ready for the next round,

We'll be jumping back into a 2-2 rhythm just like last time.

Take a breath in,

Release,

2,

1,

In,

Out,

In,

Out,

2.

Final breath,

Hold at the top for a couple of seconds here,

And sigh it out.

Hold your breath at the bottom,

Pause and play with the stillness.

Just a few more seconds,

Now take a deep breath in,

Hold your breath at the top,

And a big exhalation out,

Ahhh.

Now let's get ready for the final round,

We'll be going straight into a 1-1 rhythm,

Picking up the speed this time.

Now take a breath in,

Release,

Out,

Just like that.

Feel the energy as you breathe in this rhythm,

Doesn't it feel so good?

Feel the joy and gratitude for being alive in this moment and being able to take these breaths that feel so good in your body.

Now take a deep breath in,

Hold here for a moment,

And a sweet release.

Ahhh,

Holding your breath at the bottom,

We're going to be here a little bit longer than before,

But don't worry about that,

Don't worry about time,

Just release into the good feelings of this out breath hold,

And the sweetness of the stillness,

The slowness,

The pause.

And now take a deep breath in,

Hold your breath on a full inhale with your belly expanded,

Your whole body beams with life force energy,

It vibrates and expands.

Almost there.

Okay,

Time to release,

Now let it go.

Ahhh.

Relax,

Allow your breath to slow down,

The work is done here,

Now you just get to receive and enjoy,

Let all effort fade away,

As it's no longer needed here,

In this space,

In this moment.

Take a couple minutes here with your natural breath,

And the energy you just cultivated within yourself.
