You you closing down your physical eyes if you haven't done so already allowing yourself to get comfortable adjusting any final movements or wiggles that you need and in your mind's eye visualize yourself standing on a snowy path it is night and the world around you is blanketed in the white sparkling snow you look down and notice you are dressed appropriately feeling warm and comfortable standing in awe taking in the space around you fields of snow broken up by dark trees some bear just branches others filled with pine needles you sense their energy their strength their wisdom protectors of the natural world protectors of you as you take in your surroundings you take a big breath in and complete breath out noticing your breath as you exhale as the water particles freeze you turn your gaze up to the sky and see a blanket of stars above you thousands of stars sparkling on the velvety black sky so vast so wide and yet you feel completely one with the world around you you bring your gaze back to the road ahead and you notice a being of light standing in front of you offering their hand you feel safe comfortable as if you've known this being forever you take their hand and slowly start to walk down the path ahead as you walk you feel effortless almost as if you're gliding through the snow you look down at your feet and notice you're not walking at all but floating the being glances back at you smiles and a sense of warmth and compassion washes over you as you begin to glide through the night sky you feel the cool air on your face as you begin to travel higher and higher into the night sky a sense of freedom a sense of weightlessness washes over you and as you look back towards the path in the snow you see particles of light falling down to the earth all your insecurities all your fears all your expectations falling away as you travel up towards the stars all the pain that's not yours to hold all the expectations and judgments of others all the beliefs that aren't yours all your worries anxieties and stresses falling back to the earth as gentle particles of light you turn your gaze back to the sky and notice you have come to the peak of a mountain as you arrive at the top your feet firmly planted on the edge of a cliff you stand with your being of light they motion you to look out at the world around you to take in the space all of this is yours and you are all of this they say you have the opportunity to do whatever you want to be whoever you want to be all you have to do is let go of everything that fell away as you traveled here you let those words sink in and you take an opportunity here to ask this being whatever it is you need to ask and with a gentle smile they place their hand over your heart you take a full belly breath in and a complete breath out trust the guidance of your heart it leads you clearly through this world you always know what to do and where to go when you listen to your heart you look out at the world around you and for a moment a sense of peace and inspiration falls over you you let go of the overwhelm and you just allow yourself your soul to speak to you to guide you you stand here visualizing the life you desire as you breathe in the cool air admiring the night sky noticing the tiny lights down below you place one hand over your heart and one hand on the rock beside you the strength of the mountain flowing through you into your heart space you gather the wisdom of the mountain harnessing its strength its stability its courage and then when you're ready you reach out your hand and your being of light grasps your hand and you begin to float back down to the path in the snow the cool air rushing by your cheeks and filling your lungs as you breathe you feel a sense of excitement of eagerness ready to walk this earth leading with your heart embracing your desires and moving forward on the path that was for you you arrive back at the path in the snow the being of light smiles nods their head down the path and as you blink they are gone you start to make your way down the path in the snow knowing exactly where you are what you have to do and how to get there so embodying the strength and courage of the mountain you are ready taking a big breath in and exhaling through the mouth beginning to bring awareness back to your physical body wiggling some fingers some toes and then when you're ready to opening up your physical eyes taking in the room the space around you and when you're ready to moving forward wherever you are with this new sense of clarity of trust and of guidance many blessings to you and namaste
