
Feel Sensual & Delighted In Your Body
Embark on an adventure of self-discovery, touch, sensation, and, self-love during your visualization. See, feel, and listen to what your body needs and wants, and find out how much you love all your pieces and parts. I have always had challenges dropping down from my mind into my body, and truly feeling sensual and delighted in my own physicality, especially with my own personal disability. When your body changes through the years, we often need to re-discover it with joyful curiosity.

Hello gorgeous.
I want you to lay back and relax during this practice.
Placing your back on the floor or the bed beneath you.
Plant your feet hip width apart and knock your bent knees together.
Place one hand on your stomach and one on your heart.
The pinky finger of your bottom hand should be touching the top of your pubic bone.
Start by softening into the earth and taking deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Pull your breath down into your stomach,
Deep into your pelvic floor.
Your bottom hand should be rising and falling in each exhalation.
Breathe in through your nose,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And sigh out your exhale.
Ahh.
Keep your eyes closed during this practice.
If you need to open them,
Please do.
Keep breathing through your nose and out through your mouth with deep sighs.
Keep up your cycle of breath,
Never stopping your rhythm.
You may feel emotion come up and that's beautiful.
Feel it in your body and release it out with sounds or tears or movements.
While you're breathing,
Start visualizing at your toes and begin relaxing each and every muscle.
Massage out any tension you have in your feet and calves.
Flex your quads and glutes and the tightest hold you can.
Hold,
Hold,
Hold and then release on a deep sigh.
Move into your hips and stomach and gently rock and tilt back and forth to let go of any tension you're holding.
Keep your breath in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Deep into your belly and sigh it out of your throat.
Now bring your attention to your back and pull your shoulders down into the ground beneath you.
Melt into the earth and trust she'll hold you.
Let your back completely let go of any stress it was holding on through the day.
Move into your arms and your hands and one by one relax each finger and muscle.
Glide your attention back to your neck and allow it to sink down and let go of any pressure it was holding.
Move into your face and smooth out your brow line.
Relax your mouth and your jaw.
Let your body melt and only feel the sensations of relaxation and love.
Feel the gratitude of how much your body does for you each and every day and allow it to feel your love and appreciation in every limb and joint like a river running through the forest.
Now focus back on your breath keeping your cycle going.
Deep breath in and sigh it out.
Start imagining a silver cord dropping from your tailbone and sinking deep into the earth.
Feel grounded into the floor or bed beneath you and know the earth keeps you grounded and safe.
Sink your cord all the way down to the center of the earth.
Have it wrap around that crystal there.
Now bring your attention back to your body and imagine walking along a path to a set of stairs.
What does your path look like?
Is it in nature surrounded by water or deep in the forest with trees and vines unfolding you?
Or do you see crystals lining in a hallway lit by the light from above?
Notice little things as you walk towards the stairs indulging all of your senses.
You're on the top stair feet underneath you.
What are you wearing?
How does it feel on your body?
It can be flowy and free,
Revealing and sensual,
Or the most elaborate set of lingerie you've ever worn.
Or are you simply naked,
Indulging in your body?
Sink down to stairs 2,
3,
4,
And 5.
What are you hearing?
Maybe bells or chimes or drums or a song?
Whatever comes to mind is true for you.
Let doubt and fear flow away,
Lost into the breeze around you.
Float down to stairs 6,
7,
8,
And 9.
What do you smell?
Are there flowers surrounding you?
Or the scent of waterfalls?
Is it electric or magnetic?
Trust in your senses.
Be in your body.
You step on stair 10,
Deep in your world.
You see a path to a door in front of you.
Beyond that door is a room straight out of your fantasies.
Every single thing in this room is perfect for you and exactly what you need to see,
Feel,
And hear.
Walk towards the door and open the door to your paradise.
Everything you have ever desired is in this room,
From the decorations to the lighting.
What do you love the most?
Is there sunlight or moonlight streaming in from the sky?
Are there any plants surrounding you?
Do you hear the ocean waves just outside?
What does your bed look like?
Walk around your space you have created and feel the love of everything in this room fill you.
You are the essence of love,
Surrounded by joy here.
Nothing else but happiness,
Joy,
Laughter,
And love can ever enter this space.
You are completely safe here,
Safe to be you,
Safe to explore you,
Safe to feel you,
And surrounded always in love.
Now I want you to walk to the bed,
Notice what it looks like,
And feels like underneath your skin.
What color are the sheets?
How soft are they?
How do you feel in this cocoon of happiness?
Start engaging with your body.
At any point,
If you don't have this body part or don't enjoy this body part,
Just imagine it and fill it with the vibration of pure joy,
Love,
And acceptance.
Begin at your feet and legs.
Stay in this place of pure affection and curiosity as you look down at your feet.
See how beautiful they are,
How your toes extend.
What does your arch look like?
See how powerful they are,
How much they assist you every single moment and every single day.
Send all your love flowing right down into them.
Now flow your attention to your ankles.
See the beauty in how the bones are shaped and how they connect to your feet,
To your legs.
How they provide structure and support for you.
How sensual they are and responsive they can be.
How does your fingers feel to have them caressing all along the ridges of your ankles?
Explore.
See what sensations come alive.
Keep breathing with long inhales and exhales,
Letting your belly rise and fall with your breath.
You are anchored in this and are always supported here.
Now touch your calves and shins.
Run your fingernails up the sides of your calves,
Enjoying your muscles.
Do you have hair on your legs?
Or are they completely smooth?
Appreciate both ways,
As they are both you on different days.
How do your fingertips feel on your lower legs?
What's the most sensitive spot you've found so far?
Bring your knees up,
Where your feet are now planted to the bed.
Did your dress bunch up on your hips?
Or is your body completely revealed?
Look at your thighs and see how gorgeous they are.
Feel the curves and the muscles.
Notice their shape.
Run your fingers down the inside of your thighs.
Did you feel that tingle?
Did you shiver with awareness?
Your thighs love you.
See how they quiver when you touch them.
How they respond to your touch.
Notice the divots and the lines and the skin.
Every piece of them is a part of you.
Send all your loving awareness into them.
Now imagine where your thighs meet the curve of your ass.
How incredibly erotic that spot is.
How you like to be touched there.
Lift up your hips and run your hands from your pelvis to your behind.
Feel how your flesh fills your hands and how grateful you are for this part of your body.
How much your legs and backside work for you every single day.
How strong yet sensual this spot is.
Fill your body with your appreciation and continuing admiring the parts and how much you love and adore each and every one.
Now place your hands on your abdomen and breathe deeply into your pelvic floor.
Feel your belly rise with the inhalation and completely empty on the exhalation.
Glide your fingernails over your belly and visualize your passion and inspiration spinning inside of your pelvis.
What colors showed up in your mind's eye?
Your creativity,
Your passion,
Your inspiration are all birthed here.
Drop into this spot in your body and see what it needs to tell you.
Do you need to embody and drop down more often?
Does your body need this attention and sweet love?
Do you light up when your hands are roaming over your incredible body?
Take this energy and move up to your chest.
Graze your collarbone with your fingertips and lightly massage your breasts and nipples.
If you don't have this,
Run your hands over your heart center and imagine how much love you have here.
How are you feeling?
What emotions are coming forward for you right now?
Taste them,
Appreciate them,
Feel them.
We are always failing forward,
You and I,
And are on a journey of self-love and discovery.
Now place your hands on your throat and jawline.
Imagine your fingertips are the waves of an ocean lapping and loving,
Clearing out old energy and making room for new vibrancy.
What noises do you want to make?
Take a deep inhalation and exhale with whatever sound your body wants to make.
Remember nothing is embarrassing or weird.
Mown,
Scream,
Sigh,
Owl,
Hum.
What does your body need to say to you?
Clear it out,
Let it go,
Make room for new.
Finally move your hands up to your gorgeous face.
Run them over your lips and feel their lushness,
How they allow you to experience such sensuality.
How sensitive are your ears and that spot where your earlobes meet your neck?
Smooth out the furrow in your forehead.
Fill your face with all of the love you have created in your body.
Imagine that you are your most sensual lover,
Your most sensual dream,
And that you are your very own beloved.
Love your body as your most coveted soulmate would love your body if you only had one night together.
This is your canvas for living during this lifetime.
Rock your hips up and down,
Back and forth.
Mown,
Scream,
Yawn,
Drip your attention back down into your pelvic floor.
What is that spot in your body that you have most disliked?
It can be anything from the way you move or laugh or feel.
Bring it to your attention and now fill that part of you with love and joy and acceptance.
See how much you appreciate that part of you.
It has helped you be you.
Instead of dislike or hate,
Fill your energy with curiosity and sensuality about this part of yourself.
Explore it.
See how the energy charged and changed inside your body.
Every part of you is loved,
Is adored,
Is revered by you.
You are your own beloved.
Stay here in your river of love and sensation,
Of sensuality,
Of curiosity,
Of exploration.
See what happens.
Listen to what you need.
See what arises inside of your body.
Find joy and laughter here.
And when you are ready,
Take one last deep inhalation into your belly and exhale into awareness.
