Transcript

Please begin by placing both your feet flat on the ground beneath you.

Bring your focus into your feet,

Wiggling your toes,

And gently push the soles of your feet into the ground beneath you.

As you do this,

Feel yourself anchoring and connecting to the earth.

Allowing yourself to arrive here in this moment.

Feeling your body,

Noticing your surroundings,

Really connecting to now.

Take a couple of really deep cleansing breaths.

Breathing deeply into your belly,

Feeling the flow of your breath.

Allowing the power of your breath to direct the flow of energy within you.

Let yourself relax into your breathing.

Letting your breath bring in what you need on your inhale.

Assisting you to let go of all that no longer serves you on your exhale.

Use your breath now to connect and anchor your focus and energy on your chakra system.

Setting the intention to bring yourself into balance and harmony.

As you move forward with this process,

You allow your breath to do the work.

With every breath in,

You inhale what you need.

With every breath out,

You exhale anything that no longer serves you from that area.

Bring your focus now to your root chakra,

Which is located at the base of your spine.

Imagine yourself breathing in and out of your base.

Breathing in what it needs.

Breathing out what's ready to shift,

To move.

You don't need to consciously know exactly what that is.

Just watch and be mindful,

Letting the wisdom of your body direct what is happening.

And notice whatever comes in and out of your awareness as you direct your flow of breathing.

Allowing whatever is there to be there without attachment or analysis.

Just bringing your loving attention and inviting your breath into this space.

Letting it flow.

Now move your awareness from the root chakra into your sacral.

Which is located under your navel,

Around your womb and sexual organs.

Breathe now in and out of your sacral.

Noticing.

Connecting.

Letting go of what's ready to shift.

Receiving what it needs.

Holding the space with your loving presence.

As you continue through this meditation,

You can adjust your breathing at any point.

You may feel like changing its rhythm,

Speed or depth.

Trust and let your breath and body move as it desires to.

Travel now to your solar plexus,

Which is just under your rib cage above your navel.

Connect.

Observe.

Imagine yourself breathing in and out of the solar plexus.

Inhaling what it needs.

Exhaling.

Surrendering what no longer serves.

Watching and sensing how the energy moves in and out and around.

Bring your focus and breath now to your heart chakra.

Envision yourself breathing in and out of your heart.

Feeling your chest expand and contract as the air moves in and out.

Creating space.

Allowing the energy of your heart to flow.

Inviting in what it needs.

Saying farewell to what's ready to go.

Allowing whatever shifts need to occur here to happen.

Without analysis or judgement.

Feel your breath.

Now move to your throat area where you can imagine yourself breathing in and out of your throat.

Creating space.

Breathing in what it needs.

Breathing out what needs to be released.

Surrendered.

Let your breath now travel to your third eye.

Which is in the middle of your forehead above your nose.

Relax the muscles of your face,

Your jaw and scalp.

Imagine breathing in and out of your third eye.

Welcoming in what it needs.

Allowing what is ready to leave,

Leave.

Connect now to the top of your head,

To your crown chakra.

Breathe in and out of your crown.

Sensing,

Feeling,

Allowing.

Breathing in what you need here.

Letting go on your exhale.

Being very aware as you do so.

Letting go on anything that comes into your awareness.

Move your awareness through your whole being now.

Let your breathing return to its own natural rhythm and pace.

Allowing it to flow organically in whatever way feels right for you.

Provide some space and time now for integration so all of the parts of you can come into alignment and harmony.

Letting go on anything that comes into your awareness.

Letting go on anything that comes into your awareness.

Take this moment now to ask your inner knowing.

Is there anything I need to know right now?

Then listen,

With our expectation,

Just creating space and listening to whatever comes.

Think anything that has come forward,

Acknowledge it.

Now take a couple of nice,

Deep,

Cleansing breaths.

Push your feet into the ground beneath you.

Open and close your hands.

Wiggle your toes and fingers.

Open your eyes when you're ready.

Now take a deep breath.

Now take a deep breath.

Now take a deep breath.
