Today's meditation will be all about accepting change when things are hard,
When life kind of feels like it's throwing a little bit too much at you.
So when you're ready,
Find a comfortable seat,
You could lay down,
You could even be going on a walk or whatever feels good for you.
Take a deep breath and just visualize everything settling down in your body,
Everything washing away,
It could even feel like it's going out of your body,
A color is washing across your body and it's leaving you,
It's washing away.
I want you to breathe in through your nose if that feels good and out through your nose or out through your mouth and we're going to just know together that it is all going to be okay,
It is all going to be okay.
It's okay to feel what's going on,
It's okay to feel angry,
It's okay to feel sad.
When we allow ourself to feel these emotions,
It's all okay.
We're giving ourself a big old hug and knowing that we are doing better than the last time something like this has happened.
We're doing so much better and be proud of yourself and notice that there's a future version of you who's proud that you were strong enough.
So say it with me,
There's a future version of me who's proud I was strong enough.
There's a future version of me who's proud I was strong enough.
You might not want to keep on going,
You might not want all this stuff going on in your life to be happening but you've done it before,
You've been resilient before.
You're amazing.
You can take on anything and that's not what it's about taking on anything and everything.
It's your soul journey here.
You're so strong,
You're sharing your love,
Your heart,
You can get up despite everything and you have no idea what's beyond this,
What's in the corner,
What this was allowing to happen into your life.
It's all happening for a reason,
Maybe it's opening up a new doorway,
We just don't know but we allow the trust to be there.
We breathe in and know that your soul mission is here for something so great.
Let it sink in again,
There's a future version of me who's proud I was strong enough.
How does that sit?
Does your breath become a little bit tighter?
We focus on the breath,
Inhaling to the top,
Maybe to the top of the crown and then we let it out knowing that we have control of our breath,
Therefore our reactions.
I trust the universe.
Sometimes we don't know what's in store and that's okay.
I know that the universe works perfectly for me.
Sometimes what looks like failure or a bunch of bad stuff happening is actually a doorway opening up for us.
It's a path to the better direction for us.
You can place both hands on your heart.
Notice how that weight feels on your chest.
You're here in this body on a journey to create the best life for you.
You get to co-create with the universe and it's all happening for you,
Not to you.
You breathe in and you feel your chest rise to meet your hands.
In your next exhale,
Drop your hands and just say,
I know it's okay.
I know it's okay.
I've got this.
Let yourself feel the emotions and know that you'll be okay.
I trust the universe sending you all so much love through this.
Take a deep breath and open the mouth and let it sigh out.
Do more like that,
Inhaling through the nose,
Sigh it out.
Again,
Once more,
Breathing in,
Sigh it out.
There's a future version of me who's proud I was strong enough.
Let the eyes flutter open.
Stay seated here for as long as you'd like,
