Find your seat,
Get comfortable and shut down your eyes.
Notice your body breathing in through the nose and letting it out through the mouth or the nose.
Eventually just settling into breathing in and out through the nose.
Notice where the breath is going.
Is it coming into the chest?
Or are we just filling up the belly?
Let's try to take deep breaths where we fill up the belly instead of shallow breathing in the chest.
You can now put one hand on your belly and feel when you breathe in through your nose,
Watch that belly expand,
Rising to meet your hand.
And then breathe out through the nose.
Gently and follow that motion.
Feeling your breath fill up your belly.
We want to soften here,
Releasing any tension we're holding in our shoulders or our neck.
The mantra we'll focus throughout our practice is that you are your own healer.
So in your own head,
Say,
I am my own healer.
I am a healer.
I have the ability to heal myself.
I am powerful.
I create my reality.
I am a healer.
Whatever version you take,
Let it fill up each breath,
Your body,
Your being,
Your inner knowing.
You are a healer.
I am a healer.
Embody this.
With each breath,
The awareness around this mantra expands with your breath,
Filling your body.
Picture it as a light expanding and growing,
Starting from the belly or whatever chakra you'd like to focus on.
You watch that light expand with each breath.
I am a healer.
I am a healer.
I can heal myself.
The light grows and spreads so white and pure.
Moving through your body,
Up through the heart,
Down your legs.
I create my reality.
You are the creator of this life.
Everything is possible.
You just have to believe.
Place one hand now on your heart and one hand on your belly.
You are this being,
This creator.
So perfect,
Your body is always working for you.
Just keep picturing expansive,
Amazing health and know that that is possible for you.
Because you are a healer.
Visualize perfect health and know that that is available to you.
You are this breathing,
Beautiful human being and everything is available to you.
Three big breaths here,
Breathe in through the nose.
Exhale,
Let it out,
Side out.
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale,
Side out.
Inhale.
Last one.
Bring your hands to prayer,
The eyes are closed.
And just thank yourself for showing up,
For being here.
And just bring this awareness to the fact that you are a healer.
Bring this into your reality.
You are a healer.
Place your hands to your third eye,
Thumbs touching your third eye in prayer.
And just thank yourself.
Hands come back to your heart center.
