You are in the right place.
This meditation is all about welcoming change,
Accepting change.
Take a deep breath and get ready to center yourself.
You can get comfortable sitting on a cushion,
Cross-legged.
You can sit against a wall or you could lay down.
Whatever feels right to you in this moment.
Center yourself,
Close your eyes,
Focusing in on your third eye or your heart space.
Our mantra for our session today is,
I welcome change.
Breathing in deeply,
Feel your belly inhale,
Fill up and exhale.
Feel that belly pull into your spine,
An inward motion,
Hugging in with that inward breath and exhale out.
I welcome change.
Change is constant in our world and our ability to not react creates such abundance for ourself.
When we're resistant to change,
We can fall into old patterns and be resistant to that change.
So when we meditate,
We come into awareness of our brain,
Our patterns and our reactions.
We fall back into our breath of conscious awareness.
Breathing in,
Focusing in on your third eye or your heart,
Let it go.
I welcome change.
Welcoming change allows us to have emotional health.
We welcome change.
We are accepting of what comes our way and therefore we can see new abundance,
New opportunities,
New friendships,
New possibilities by being open rather than resistant.
Welcoming change brings opportunity,
Clarity,
Happiness and we move away from anger that comes with resistance to change because that is uncertainty and it can feel scary.
When we breathe in,
We exhale letting go,
Letting go of anything that doesn't serve us,
Any wiring of the brain that says,
No,
This isn't safe.
We with our next breath allow change.
We accept,
We believe that every change is there for us.
Everything works for us.
We welcome change.
We're not afraid of traversing difficult terrain.
We're not afraid of any challenge in our life.
We know we can overcome because we have before and we know that change always brings something better.
It might not seem it in the moment.
When we breathe in,
Focusing in on the third eye or the heart chakra,
Exhale,
Let it out.
I welcome change.
I have the ability to overcome anything that comes my way.
I know that the universe keeps providing for me and I cannot expect how that will arrive.
Every experience has enriched me,
Has given me more stability,
Has given me more strength and depth.
Every change,
Every challenge,
It's been good or bad.
It's always brought me greater clarity,
Awareness,
Strength,
And just made me more abundant,
More powerful.
I welcome change.
I have compassion for everything and everyone and I will not think that I know what will happen before it happens because I know that I cannot predict what is coming for me,
What will happen for me,
Or who I will meet.
Instead,
I welcome change with open arms,
Knowing that everything happens for me,
Not to me.
I breathe in,
Big breath,
And I exhale,
I let it out.
I feel calm,
I feel steady and compassionate.
I know that through doing meditation,
I am rewiring my patterns,
My brain to not slip into my old reaction of worry and anxiety because that does not serve me.
I let it go and instead,
I welcome change.
I breathe in compassion and I say,
I take care of myself.
I am in charge of my life.
I do not let worry or anxiety have a place here because I want an abundant life.
I do not react.
I instead have compassion and love.
I know that everything works out for me because I welcome change.
I am the creator of my life and I know that everything happens for me,
Not to me.
Breathing in love,
Compassion,
Awareness,
Focusing in on your third eye or heart.
Fill up your belly,
Let it out.
Each time I breathe in,
I rewire my brain,
I move with my breath,
I control my experience.
I have profound peace and I know that everything is working out for me,
Not to me.
I continue to be open to receive and not judge any experience.
Anxiety has no place in my heart.
I breathe in love,
Compassion and awareness.
I welcome change.
Breathing in,
Flowing with your breath.
Take one big breath in.
Now open up the mouth inside out.
Place both hands on your heart center now.
Give yourself love and awareness here,
An invisible hug to yourself.
Feeling a white light expand here.
Once more repeat the mantra,
I welcome change.
Breathing in deeply,
Noticing how this mantra feels and just sit here for a moment as we come out of this meditation,
Noticing how you feel.
Come back to this meditation whenever you feel that anxiety has kept up or you're slipping into old patterns.
Meditation is powerful.
Your life is beautiful and abundant.
