Hey, This is Therese Skelly, And I'm thrilled to present to you, Actually, The expanded version of what I'm calling your future self meditation. I did one of these a couple of years ago and got such great feedback on it, And I want to do it again in a more expanded way, Just with a little more to think about, A little more spaciousness. And so I really want to thank you for listening. So here's what I want to say before we start. First of all, It's my belief, Let me just give you a little bit of background and kind of what the foundation for this work is, Okay? It's my belief that we, You and I, We are wired to expand, Right? I always say we're one with nature. So the stuff, You know, God, The force, The creator, The source that makes the clouds move and the trees grow, That's the same stuff that's in you. We are literally wired to grow and expand just as nature does, Okay? So if you understand that, Then you would make the next inevitable jump like, Well, Of course, Then there's a part of me in the future that has a different life. There's a me in the future that is like a way better aspect of me, The one that is living the life I desire, The one that is more confident, Bolder, More successful, Healthier, Happier, That one, Right? So in this meditation, What I'm going to do is I'm going to take you into that version of yourself, Because the more you can begin to literally create it, You're going to be feeling it, Seeing it, Experiencing it as if it were happening now. What I know is the more you do that, The more it imprints, The more your subconscious is like, Oh, That's what you want? Okay, Cool. All right, We'll go there. So I really encourage you not only to listen to this audio, This meditation, But I've got a whole bunch of meditations on if you have blocks to that kind of stuff, How do you step into your next level, You're meant for greatness. A lot of my meditations will also support you being the best version of yourself. So are you ready? All right, Here we go. So I want you to take some deep, Deep, Deep breaths and allow your body to get into the most comfortable place. You might be sitting, Or perhaps you're lying, And I want you right now in this moment to make the decision that you are available to receive all that is here for you. So decide that right now. I say yes to receiving the next level, To receive the visualization and the feelings and everything connected with my future self. I'm available for that now. Nice. And I want you to get even more comfortable in your body. You can breathe in and make adjustments and breathe out anything that would be interfering, Any mental chatter, Any thoughts of what is happening next or what you should have done. Just let that all go now. So really imagine you're clearing the stakes, And I want to have you take three more deep breaths, And you're going to begin to get even more comfortable. Take another breath, Releasing anything that is holding you back. There we go. You're now becoming even more relaxed. Realizing and knowing that everything you receive is for you today. And I will tell you that for this visualization, I'm going to be asking you some questions. I'm going to take you on a journey. Now some of the questions, You're going to be able to fill it in really specifically, Like the pictures will fill it. Maybe you'll get the feeling or the sensations of it, But not everybody gets all the pictures all the time. What I'm asking you is just suspend any disbelief. If we come upon an area and it's a little vague or it doesn't make sense, That's perfectly fine. It's totally fine, Because I trust and I know you're getting everything you need right now. You can receive everything that is supposed to be yours right now, All right? So I'm going to take you through a visualization process, And I'm going to be pausing while I ask you to just receive. You're going to receive the pictures and the images and the senses of that. And I want you to know and command your subconscious that I got this, I will remember this, It will be captured. And then what I suggest is if you want to do it again and again, Maybe go back through and pause it and then elaborate, Write it down. So we're not going to take the time where each question is going to give you five minutes to do the writing, But just know that you can listen to this again, Grab a journal and write it down. Got it? Okay, So let's go. So taking a few more deep breaths. And I want you to trust and know that you are so supported in this moment, So maybe put a hand on your heart, Just feel that, Feel the heaviness of the hand over your heart. And I want you to give gratitude in advance for what you're going to receive and open to receive. I give gratitude. Thank you in advance for showing me this future version of myself. I'm so grateful. I receive all that is here for me. Beautiful. Just let that sit for a minute. Okay. So now I want you to imagine there is a movie theater and you are sitting in this beautiful movie theater. So you can notice like, Are the seats plush? Are they going to be kinder kind of seats where you can kick up your feet? Notice the colors. And I just want you to feel it all. So paint a picture. You're now in this movie theater and in a moment, Not just yet, But in a moment, There's going to be the movie of the you that is in the future. And you get to determine, And your intuition is going to guide you. Maybe it's the you in one year, Maybe it's the you in five years, Or maybe 10 years. I'm not going to tell you, But you will know the right answer. So in a moment, Not just yet, In a moment, I'm going to say, Open the movie. And in the movie, You're going to see the version of you, Again, That future you, And I'm going to walk you through different aspects of your life. Are you ready? So taking a deep breath, Maybe grab some popcorn if you need, Or sip your beverage and just kick back. And I just want you to observe what's possible for you in the future. Okay. So now the screen is rolling. There you are. There you are, That future you. In the first place we're looking, So we're going to change a few scenes. The first place you're going to be looking is if you have a business or a career. So I want you just to notice this future version, This you, What are they doing? And I want you to see a typical day. I want you to see who you are surrounded by in your business or career, If you have clients or colleagues, I want you to notice how these people look to you. Like listen for the respect. Perhaps if it's clients, You might hear them going, Oh my gosh, You would not believe what happened since I started working with them. You got to go see them. They're just amazing. Right? You might hear accolades or reviews. So just notice that you in this future version is doing the work you love and you're succeeding at it. You're viewed with tremendous regard, So much respect. Feel that now, Feel that now. And what feelings does this generate? Are you perhaps more confident? Are you a lot more bold? Are you enjoying your work more? Just notice this future version, The work and the business you. Paint the picture. Paint that picture now. And notice what beliefs this version of you is holding. How does he or she show up? What's the identity? What's the belief that supports this next level of success? You. Okay. Nice. So just imagine you can take in all this imagery, See the beliefs and just imagine you're like, Okay, That's me. Cool. And now we're going to change to a new scene. So jump to the next scene where we are in your financial world. So maybe it's you and you're looking at QuickBooks, So your investment accounts, Or maybe you're just holding a bunch of cash, Or you've noticed that that's paid, Or you just booked a vacation. I want you to see the future version of you that really, Really, Really has nailed the money piece. What's different? What's available that previously wasn't available? How do you manage or handle money now that's maybe a little different? And I should ask, What do you believe about this version of you? What does this version of you believe about money that is different? And notice the ease. Notice that it comes. You manage it well, You flow it out, You are a blessing to people, And money no longer has any charge because it's like, But of course, Of course I have all this money, But of course. You can be generous with it. You've healed the wounds of your family or any other generational stuff or any money scarcity that's long gone. Just see that version of you that is beautiful with your money. Nice, Okay, And imagine you can just see that and feel that and go, Yep, I will be having that. That is me. It is mine. Now the next scene is in the area of relationships. Maybe it's with a primary partner, Perhaps your children or family, Friends, And we just didn't notice who's there, Who's with you, And what's the quality of these interactions. If you are with people who love and respect you and value you and are grateful to be with you, How does that change things for you? What's different? And notice again, How you feel. Notice what the conversations are like and what gets activated in your heart or your soul from being with these people. Trusting and knowing that this is yours. This is accessible to you because you vision. All right, Taking another second, Breathe it in. Beautiful. Now we're going to shift to the area of your health, Your body, Your vitality. So I want you to notice this future version of you. What body are they in? And more so, Notice how it feels. Notice the energy, The vitality. So I want you to imagine that you're seeing this person walk around, How do they move? How do their clothes fit? How strong are they? I want you to really be in the space of pulling in the health, Energy, The wellness, Fitness, A really good lifestyle, Anything you've wanted for yourself. Notice you have it here. So just imagine, Wow, What's possible for the future version that isn't possible today or could be possible. Just notice that. Beautiful. Let's take another breath and just looking at that body and that health and the wellness and vitality and just like, Ooh, That is cool. I will have that. Yes. Send some gratitude for the you in the future that knows how to be that and have that. Okay. So the next one, We're going to shift the screen. The next one is I want you to be in what I'm calling your environment. So this could be your home. This could be where you're vacationing, Could be your vehicle, Office. I want you to notice what are the upgrades, The future you that is expanding and gets to create the life desired. How does their house look? What kind of vehicle are they driving? Again, As you expand, You often want to elevate your standards. So if you could dream and if you could vision for the future, What else would you like? What else would go and what else would be added? But just take a moment and be in the space of, Wow, My place looks like this and it feels like that. And imagine feeling just right. Like, Oh my gosh, You have to come to my house. I'm going to have a great party. You have to see this. You got to see the car I drive, Whatever that is for you. I just want you to feel it and feel more importantly, Feel yourself in it. So it's not outside of you. The future you is in the new place. Look all around. Get it all decorated. Beautiful. And for some of you, This is going to be the coolest thing ever. And for some of you, It's like, It didn't change much, Which is totally fine. Totally fine. I told you not everything's going to hit. But I want you to capture what you can, What you would be like, Oh, That would light me up if I just had that. Take that in. Beautiful. And the final one, I want you to shift the scene into the area of what I'm just going to call growth. Maybe it's spiritual growth or personal growth or professional growth. The you that is investing in yourself, Expanding. So what is that? What is that? What areas have you wanted to learn something else in or to perhaps master your craft? Maybe it's a fun thing like learning a new hobby because the future you has access. I want you to think about all this. I want you mainly to feel the feelings of what it's like to be in the body of the person that is doing this and experiencing this and expanding in these ways. Just feel that. Notice the self-talk. It could be like, God, I love that I get to do this. I'm so proud of myself. This was really hard, But I did it. Just feel that. Okay. We're going to take a deep breath and you're going to return in your mind from instead of focusing on the screen, I want you to focus on the you sitting in the theater. And on the count of three, Imagine that you could literally reach out and grab that version of you, All the versions of you, All the areas I covered. I want you to imagine you can grab it and literally pull it into your body now. So that one year, Two year, Five year, 10 year version of you, Imagine you could just go and push it into you now. So it's as if it's existing in time and on the count of one, Two, Three, Pull it in. There we go. And I want you to take some breaths here. Notice if you feel anything differently in your body. Now what would you have to believe in order to more easily walk into your future self? One of the main ones is because it showed up, It's mine to do. And I don't have to know the how, I just have to say yes to the what. So if you have visions of being healthier or wealthier or happier, All you have to do is say, Yep, I'll be having that. Show me the way. And then you take a little next steps that are revealed. So I want to leave you with this, Take another deep breath. Everything you have, Everything you need is living in you. And if you just say yes to this next version of yourself and trust, You will live into it. Take another one last final breath. I'm grateful for you. I'm grateful that you listened to this meditation and I'm rooting you on. I'm believing in you and cheering in you and knowing unequivocally that this is yours to have, To be, And to do.
