You can now find yourself sitting or laying in a comfortable position,
Just taking your time as you shuffle around.
You may like to roll your shoulders back or move your head from side to side as you settle down.
Just ensuring you have a quiet time to relax your mind and body.
Closing your eyes over nice and gently as you prepare yourself to release anxiety and promote a feeling of wellbeing.
And in a moment I'm going to guide you through a breathing sequence.
A simple exercise where all you need to do is gently breathe in blue healing light through your nose to the count of 4 and out of your nose slowly to the count of 6.
I'll count you in and out 6 times and as you breathe in visualising blue light you activate your healing power.
So now breathing in to the count of 4,
3,
2,
1 and releasing to the count of 6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Excellent and taking a second to connect with the moment between breaths.
Now breathing in for 4,
3,
2,
1 pause and out for 6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1 and breathing in for 4,
3,
2,
1 and out for 6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1 letting go more and more as you progressively find yourself relaxing deeper and deeper.
And once again breathe in to the count of 4,

2,
1 pause and releasing to the count of 4,
3,
2,
1 connecting with that beautiful moment between the in and out breaths.
A couple more times now breathing in for 4,
3,
2,
1 breathing out 6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1 as your mind becomes quieter and quieter.
One last time breathing in for 4,
3,
2,
1 pausing and releasing for 6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1 as you enjoy your sense of relaxation and returning to normal breathing.
Making yourself even more comfortable.
Enjoying that sense of peacefulness and relaxation now that you have let go.
That's good.
You might have some internal chatter going on but you can have the intention that this is your time to relax.
It's your time to let go.
That's right.
Just breathing in and out nice and deeply.
Breathing with the breath down into the abdomen.
In and out.
And if thoughts come up you remain detached.
You accept that they're only there as your servants and you don't need to buy into them.
You simply need to relax.
Because you're so safe and so secure.
Taking a nice breath in and out.
And watching the pause between the in-breath and out-breath.
And breathing in.
Connecting with the pause.
And out.
Connecting with the pause again.
And in.
And out.
And just returning to normal breathing.
I want you to connect with your feet now.
Your feet firmly planted on the floor.
And as you find yourself connecting with your feet.
You bring your awareness to the space beneath you.
And you become fully aware that there is ground behind you.
Ahead of you.
To the right side of you.
And to the left side of you.
And you are the centre of your consciousness.
And that where you go.
You are always grounded.
Supported and safe.
And now I want you to project your consciousness above your head.
Towards the ceiling.
And even further out to the heavens.
And as you project your consciousness out to the heavens.
You become aware of the space behind you.
In front of you.
To the left side of you.
And the right side of you.
This is your reality and you are in control of it.
And it'll be just as you want it to be.
As you become aware of just how powerful you are.
You notice just how easy it is for you to shift your awareness from here to there at your will.
All I want you to do now is connect with the colour which you feel you need right now for your highest good.
Take a moment to really absorb yourself in the feeling of this colour.
It can be any colour you feel is right for you.
Because only you know what is best for you.
Only you know the powerful impact this colour has upon you and your experience.
Does it help you heal or release stress?
Connect with inner peace or radiance?
Does it make you feel alive?
Because whatever it does for you is perfect right now.
I want you to see,
Feel,
Imagine or get a sense for this colour radiating its beautiful light from the centre of your heart.
It merely starts off as a soft,
Small glowing light,
Illuminating the space in your heart.
And as you focus your attention upon it more and more,
Just like watering a plant,
The luminous light grows bigger and bigger.
You can feel it growing.
And as it does so,
You become acutely aware of it regenerating,
Healing and purifying your mind,
Body and soul.
Nourishing and dissolving any disharmony as it reconnects you to a sense of wellbeing.
You may even notice a feeling of soothing energy.
Harmonising your thoughts and emotions on a very deep and profound level.
Just notice how this beaming brilliant colour of light purifies your aura,
Releasing any dense blocked vibrations from your energy body.
Keeping you lovingly protected while leaving you with a deep appreciation for the empowering and relaxing state of consciousness you are experiencing right now.
Simply bathe in the tranquillity of this beautiful moment.
This truly is.
You may like to drift off to sleep now,
Allowing this experience to continue nourishing and purifying your mind,
Body and spirit.
In which case you don't need to do anything and when you naturally rise you may take three deep breaths and enjoy the benefits of this deep relaxation.
