I invite you to make yourself comfortable.
Allow your eyes to close or simply soften your gaze.
Let this be a moment where you are simply allowing yourself to pause,
Return to your body.
And connect with a sense of safety.
Take a long,
Slow breath in through your nose.
Allowing the breath to expand your chest and belly.
Then breathe out through your mouth with a soft sigh.
Take another cleansing breath like this.
The sigh is something your body understands instinctively.
It is a signal to your nervous system that the moment is safe enough to soften.
Take another slow breath in through your nose.
And again,
Allow yourself to exhale through your mouth with a sigh.
You may begin to notice your shoulders drop slightly.
The muscles in your face relax.
And your body begins to recognize that it does not need to remain on alert at this moment.
With each slow breath.
You offer your body an opportunity to move towards safety.
Take as many cleansing breaths as you need.
And then allow your breath to settle into a steady natural rhythm.
With every exhale,
Your body receives the message that it is safe to relax.
With every inhale,
Your body receives fresh energy and support.
Your nervous system remembers what safety feels like.
As you continue to soften into safety.
Bring your awareness to your body.
Notice the simple sensation of being here.
The feeling of your body resting.
Quiet rhythm of your breath moving in and out.
There is nothing you need to change.
You are simply allowing yourself to feel what is already present.
This is where healing begins.
When you allow yourself to feel your body with compassion.
And curiosity.
Your nervous system begins to shift into a state of rest and repair.
This is the parasympathetic state.
The state that supports restoration.
Digestion.
Immune function and healing.
As you continue to shift into rest and repair,
You recognize you are safe enough to be present.
You are safe enough to breathe.
You are safe enough to soften.
You may say to yourself,
I'm okay.
It's okay.
Allow these words to settle into your body.
I'm OK.
It's OK.
Your nervous system listens to the language you offer yourself.
And so do your cells.
This is your powerful mind-body connection.
Your healing intelligence.
Every cell in your body is listening.
And your cells respond to the signals you send through your breath.
Your thoughts.
The love and compassion you offer yourself.
When you breathe slowly.
Your cells receive the message of safety.
When you speak to yourself with kindness.
Your cells receive the message of support.
Your body is always listening and responding.
With each natural breath.
Allow your chest and heart space to expand energetically.
Allow your breath to move through your body like a gentle current.
You may begin to sense this current as a quiet flow moving through you.
Like a river of cleansing water.
That moves steadily through every part of your body.
This cleansing river current moves calmly.
And naturally.
Washing through every place within you.
That is ready to release tension.
And restore balance.
Notice this sense of flow.
In the movement of your breath.
The energy in your hands.
And the steadiness in your heartbeat.
This river flows through your body,
Carrying away what is not yours to hold.
Releasing what your body no longer needs to carry.
Allow yourself to recognize that you do not have to hold everything.
Some things were never yours to begin with.
Give yourself permission to let go of what is not yours to hold.
Old fears.
Old expectations.
And emotional burdens that do not belong to you.
Can gently be carried away.
By the current of life.
What remains is your strength.
Your presence.
Your deep intelligence within your body.
That continues moving toward healing and balance.
Your body remembers how to restore itself.
Your body remembers how to return to health.
You are connected to your innate healing intelligence.
As you continue to relax.
Notice the resilience growing inside you.
Feeling strong in your body creates a sense of safety.
And feeling safe allows your body to grow stronger.
Strength,
And safety support one another.
Feel the gentle strength within your heart.
And allow that strength to spread throughout your body.
Your nervous system is learning that calm and strength can exist together.
It is learning that rest and resilience can support one another.
It is learning that healing can unfold through moments of compassion and presence.
Every cell in your body receives this message.

Your breathing deepens.

This is the state where healing happens.
You may notice a sense of gratitude arising naturally within you.
Gratitude for your breath.
Gratitude for the strength that has carried you through so much.
Gratitude for the intelligence within your body.
Gratitude itself is a signal of safety in the nervous system.
When you feel gratitude,
Your body understands that it can relax and restore.

Allow yourself to repeat these words within your mind.
Letting each phrase settle deeply into your body.
