Let's get ready for a fantastic day filled with happiness and confidence.
Find a cozy spot to sit.
Snuggle up with your favorite stuffed animal or blanket if you'd like.
Close your eyes and let your imagination help you feel happy and confident.
Take a moment to get out any wiggles you may be feeling inside of yourself.
You can shake your hands or your legs a little bit.
And then let your body be still.
Let's start with a few breaths together.
Breathe in through your nose like you're smelling a sweet flower.
And breathe out through your mouth like you are blowing out a candle.
Do this again.
Smell the flower and blow out the candle.
Feel the air filling your belly like a balloon.
And each time you breathe out,
Imagine all your worries gently floating away like little butterflies.
One more time like this.
Big breath in and big breath out.
Now let your breath be relaxed.
Sometimes taking a few big breaths like you did can help you feel calm and let your imagination work.
So it's time to imagine we're going on a journey together like a magical adventure.
We will visit three special places in your imagination that will fill your heart with happiness and help you feel super confident.
As you listen to my voice,
You can see the adventure taking place like a movie in your mind.
And you can think of me as your adventure partner.
And as you continue to let your body relax in your mind,
Our first stop on this magical journey is the Happy Heart Garden.
Picture a beautiful garden filled with the brightest flowers and the friendliest animals.
You know you are safe here and you can pick your favorite flower.
And with each petal you touch,
A happy thought will fill your heart.
Take a moment to think of something that makes you smile and feel joy.
It could be playing with friends,
Spending time with your family,
Maybe a special toy or a yummy treat.
Now you can gently touch one of the flower petals and whisper that happy thought to the flower.
What does it feel like in your body to be happy?
Now bring your happy feelings with you as we move on to our second stop,
The Confidence Castle.
This magical castle is all about believing in yourself and knowing how amazing and special you are.
See yourself walking up to a big beautiful castle.
Imagine walking through the grand doors and feeling the magical qualities of this castle.
It just feels special here.
When you are inside,
You'll find a mirror that shows you the most confident version of you when you look at yourself.
Look in the mirror,
My dear.
What do you see?
You can see that you are kind,
Smart,
And brave.
As you look in the mirror,
Tell yourself,
I am special and amazing just as I am.
As you look in the mirror,

The calm clouds.
Picture a big,
Fluffy cloud in the sky.
This cloud makes you feel so calm.
And when you see the cloud,
You want to sit down on it and rest for a moment.
As you sit on this cloud,
It wraps you in a soft,
Cozy blanket,
And you feel so relaxed and calm.
Take a big breath in,
And a big breath out.
Take a big breath in,
And as you breathe out,
Imagine the cloud carrying any little worries away with it.
You are safe and protected up here,
Floating like a happy little cloud.
Now that you feel happy,
Confident,
And calm,
You know it's time to begin the rest of your day.
As we gently float back down to the ground,
Feel the happiness,
Confidence,
And calmness.
Confidence and calmness inside you.
You are ready for this new day.
You are ready to spread your light and make every moment special.
Slowly open your eyes.
Know that you are loved,
