Transforming scarcity anxiety into peaceful abundance.

Dear ones,

Today we are going to explore how we can transform our anxiety into a recognition of the abundance each day,

Each moment offers us.

I invite you to begin by connecting with your body.

The breath is our greatest tool to align our present moment awareness with our body.

So start to notice your breath.

If it feels comfortable,

Try focusing on elongating your exhale and breathing diaphragmatically,

Noticing your abdomen rising and falling with each inhale and exhale.

You do not have to change your breath,

Just simply notice your breath.

Our breath reminds us that we have everything we need in this moment to be at peace.

Our modern world tries to convince us that we never have enough.

This message permeates into our thinking minds,

Which may surface as thoughts of feeling like we are not rich enough,

Thin enough,

Smart enough,

Busy enough,

The list goes on.

This feeling of not enough leads us to chase the elusive feeling of satisfaction and peace.

We think I will be happy when,

I will be able to relax when,

I can allow myself to rest when,

All to find out that eventually when we get to those places,

There's only emptiness and satisfaction and peace,

Feel distant and out of reach.

Staying connected with your breath,

Notice in this moment if your thinking mind is putting conditions on your ability to be satisfied and at ease in this moment.

Try to reframe from judging these thoughts if they're there.

Just notice with curiosity.

The problem of the thinking mind and the grind culture is that we never truly get to experience satisfaction or lasting peace.

Instead,

We roll through days gritting our teeth,

Telling ourselves hard work will eventually pay off,

And that is when we'll finally feel peace and happiness.

We do all of this striving only to find out that those outcomes don't actually make us satisfied or happy when they arrive.

Instead we are left with the continual ceaseless hunger of the ego,

Just looking for the challenge or the next task.

Dear ones,

There is another path.

We do not have to adopt the conditioning of the modern world.

Instead,

I invite you to embody the magic of being without doing.

Use your breath to come home to your body,

The space you are in.

Dear ones,

Just by being you,

Just by being exactly as you are,

You have worth.

You were born with worth and that worth never leaves,

No matter how much or how little you do.

Your thinking mind may want to fight this truth,

That is okay.

Our thinking minds are deeply flawed and heavily persuaded and sculpted by the traumatic systems of the modern world.

I invite you to not evaluate these truths using your mind,

But notice how the truth of your worthiness,

Just by being you,

Feels in your body.

You are always worthy.

You have worth just by being you.

Drink in these words and allow them to heal and lighten what is weighing you down.

Dear ones,

I'm so excited to tell you that this moment,

Every moment,

Every day,

Has everything in it you are searching for.

Joy,

Peace,

Wonder,

Worthiness,

Love is all around you.

You do not need to strive for these.

Slow down.

Peel off the armor you have been wearing.

Let go of the false belief that you must earn your way in this world.

When you let this go,

The world will sweep you up,

Delivering you to your destiny.

Dear one,

Live for today.

Live for this moment.

The rest will take care of itself.

The world is calling out to you right now to open your eyes and your heart to the magic of this moment.
