In this Unlimited Joy & Bliss meditation, we'll use the Letting Go Technique to feel and release any stress or negative emotions that might be in the way of our fullest capacity to completely clear our inner slate, and then call up a time we felt joy and bliss. From there, we'll let go of logical limits and conditions and begin to allow it to gradually amplify and find momentum, until our energy field is saturated with overflowing joy and bliss -- the kind we can begin to infuse into our life, our relationships and our activities, so that it can flow back to us in a virtuous cycle. Hey,

It's Cyrus and welcome to this unlimited joy and bliss meditation.

Remember joy and bliss?

Yes,

It feels incredible and we're gonna feel that today.

If that sounds good,

Go ahead and find a position that feels comfortable to settle into.

Perhaps sitting upright or lying down.

And when you feel ready,

Just go ahead and close your eyes and take a powerful,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Invigorating all the cells in your body.

And let it flow out through the mouth,

Nice and slow,

As you decompress.

And take one more super powerful,

Seismic,

Deep breath down all the way to the toes and let it echo back up through the body as you let it flow out through the mouth.

And now before we fill ourselves up with joy and bliss,

We have to clear out what's in the way.

So this might be counterintuitive,

But if you feel ready,

Try to embrace the process and notice what's in the way of you feeling a fullness of joy and bliss.

Is it stress or impatience?

Anxiety or fear?

Frustration or anger?

What's the predominant feeling that's closest to the surface that wants to be felt and cleared out so that we can create space for a deeper flow of love and positivity?

And when you've non-judgmentally identified that,

Just go ahead and start to let it float up.

Even though it's temporarily uncomfortable,

Just see if you can welcome it,

Embrace it.

Let the beach ball start to bubble up to the surface of the pool and greet whatever sensations that bubble up with open arms.

Even though they're temporarily kind of annoying,

Perhaps we just allow ourselves to embrace and notice where it's felt in the body,

What the sensations feel like,

And just take a moment to acknowledge their presence without judgment.

And now ignore the thoughts about them and the stories and the situations that might be tethered to them and focus all your attention now like a clear spotlight on the sensations in the body.

And start to release resistance towards them.

Consciously allow them to be there,

To flow in whatever spontaneous way that they do,

Or to stagnate for a moment if they wish to just sit there like a fart in a room,

Or perhaps a more tasteful analogy.

But either way,

Just allow them to do whatever they're doing and watch them directly in the body for a moment.

Start to release any part of you that's trying to control those sensations and notice how they flow easier through your system when you really let go of control and just ride the wave of sensations with your attention.

Imagine space opening up around them and just relaxing into that space,

Breathing into it,

Flowing with the sensations instead of against them in that space.

And now watch them from a place of deeper surrender.

Now that you've eased down like a feather towards the bottom of that sensation base,

Just allow them to be there almost as if you don't care if they're there and you don't care if they leave.

And just witnessing the flow of whatever remains from a place of detached,

Curious surrender.

And now imagine there's an infinite power and space,

Call it God,

Call it the universe,

Whatever resonates with you,

And feel that space surrounding you infinitely.

And imagine like it can vanquish that stress or tension,

Whatever you were carrying instantaneously,

As long as you relax and hand it over and just ask that greater energy in your mind now to help you release anything that's in the way of your joy and your bliss.

And just allow yourself to relax and not even think about it,

Just feel it starting to bubble up and evaporate out of your system,

Dissolving into that greater energy that can easily handle it for you now.

See how fully you can relax and let go and let it all flow out,

Don't even hang on to a drop of that energy,

Just allow it to be completely vacuumed up and absorbed by the greater energy around you.

Feel yourself becoming lighter and lighter,

Emptier and more spacious,

Feel all the cells and vibrations of your body becoming loose and open.

And let's start to connect to the body smoothly,

Starting at the top of the head,

Feeling the top of the head and instinctively moving down to the forehead,

Down to the nose,

Into the lips,

Into the jaw,

And down to the neck.

Feel the shoulders,

Upper arms,

Lower arms,

Just easily rolling down into the hands and the fingers and the tips of the fingers,

And then back up through the arms into the chest and the upper back,

Dropping down into the lower torso,

Feeling the belly and the lower back,

Dropping down into the hips and the pelvic bowl,

And down into the upper legs,

Lower legs,

Feet,

And all the way to the toes and the tips of the toes,

And then feel your breath inhaling and drawing the energy up from the toes all the way up to the top of the head,

And then raining down the energy on the exhale,

Feeling the wave of energy pouring back down through the body until you start to feel this easy undulation,

This ebb and flow of the wave of energy with the breath at a pace that feels easy and pleasant,

And now begin to call up a memory of a version of yourself that felt total joy and bliss.

Maybe it was for a reason,

Maybe there was no particular reason,

But begin to connect to that part of yourself,

That version of you that felt deep joy and bliss,

And begin to notice how that energy signature,

That flow and wave of energy exists within you,

And allow that version of you to start to merge with you now if it feels good.

Notice the color that joy and bliss have for you,

Notice the pattern and rhythm those energies move at for you,

Notice the textures or any qualities those energies of joy and bliss have for you,

And imagine those energies surrounding you in unlimited quantities in this moment,

As if they were always there for you to access and you're just creating space for them to flow freely through you as you begin to breathe them in now,

Allowing it to flow into the cells of your body,

And if it feels good just put the logical part of the mind that puts limits or conditions on your joy and bliss on the back burner for the moment,

And give yourself permission to feel that joy and bliss for no particular reason at all,

Just because you're alive,

And continue to focus on the flows and patterns of those energies of joy and bliss as you let it flow through your physical body to saturate all the cells and amplify stronger and stronger with the breath.

If it feels good just allow yourself to relax into and enjoy the subtle currents and flows of that energy through your system,

Riding the flow of that energy like a wave with your attention as you flow with it,

And if it's spontaneous you might choose to physicalize it,

To amplify it,

You might smile or allow your body to stretch or relax more deeply,

And just facilitate the deepening of the amplification of that joy and bliss as freely as you wish to welcome it in this moment,

And feel yourself owning a sense of growing empowerment that you can create and cultivate these emotions and energies within you without outside stimulus,

Just you allowing it to flow once you've called it up,

Just allowing it to gain its own momentum as you start to feel it flowing through your entire energy field,

Allowing it to become the main feature of your experience,

Allowing it to overflow in this moment,

And as it overflows just feel the joy and bliss radiating,

Glowing from your body like there's an aura that's generous and you have a swagger and abundance of this joy and bliss.

Allow yourself the incredible feeling of having more of those feelings than you can even know what to do with,

Just allowing it to amplify and grow enormously so that you feel it expand into the space around you like your heart is totally open and sharing that with the world if you feel so inclined in this moment,

And just allow yourself a few moments to simmer and bask and enjoy what you've cultivated for no reason at all,

Just enjoying the joy and bliss of your own experience.

And now I invite you to visualize yourself bringing this energy of joy and bliss into the rest of your day.

Instead of limiting it to this moment of meditation,

See yourself riding this wave of overflowing joy and bliss and quietly or loudly infusing it into what you do,

Infusing it generously into your interactions with others,

And even experiencing it in quiet moments to yourself,

Just seeing and feeling yourself carrying this forward for a moment.

And when you feel ready,

Allow yourself to intentionally ride this wave of joy and bliss back into your day,

One moment at a time.

Instead of thinking of it as a finite resource,

Think of it as something you can continue to deepen and amplify as you embrace each moment and infuse it with this joy and bliss,

Giving it to the moment and in turn receiving even more in a positive cycle.

Thank you for thisโ€”like someone else said, I almost didnโ€™t try it because I didnโ€™t think I could achieve bliss while experiencing mild migraine and other physical pain. While the sensations didnโ€™t fully disappear, I was able to give them enough space and surround them with enough inherent bliss and joy that it didnโ€™t matter. As always, another excellent track!
